The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and detailed—we didn’t need to message them at all during our stay! Would recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of six had plenty of space to relax and enjoy every moment. The home was cozy, clean, and perfectly suited for our needs complete with comfy beds, even with the unexpected rain. One of our favorite memories was game night at the dining table we had lots of room to spread out and share tons of laughs. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and coffee, which made us feel right at home from the start. The location was peaceful and beautiful, nestled near the river. Watching rowing teams glide by was such a fun and unexpected bonus! The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and very family-friendly. The host was incredible, super responsive and helpful, especially as I planned a graduation celebration for our college girl. She gave great local tips and even let us drop off our luggage before the ceremony, which made things so much easier. Overall, this was an amazing stay with thoughtful touches and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!

This was a great spot to relax and recharge for a couple days. Prior to my visit, I stocked up on groceries and did not leave until checkout. It was peaceful to just sit on the deck in the warm weather and watch the ice begin to melt on the river. I would definitely return, even in the winter/early spring as it is a great place to enjoy some quiet and a good view.

Melora’s home is lovely. The view towards the lake is breathtaking, especially with fresh snow. The home was clean and had every kitchen utensil/machine you could need. Most of our time was spent on the second floor and was such a great hang out spot for the 6 of us and enough space to do yoga as a group in the morning before heading to Mt Sunapee to ski/snowboard. Overall, Melora has a lovely home and she is very kind and always available to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Thank you Melora for letting us stay in your home.

Barbara's place is a real gem. So clean, with a beautiful mix of antique and woodsy modern furniture, and a wonderfully comfortable living area overlooking a meandering brook which a few hundred yards down the road leads to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern, and beddings and beds were very comfortable. While the house was close too a busy road, we didn't hear a thing, and for summer users the deck is completely away from the road, overlooking the brook. Even more than we expected.

We were blown away by the kindness of Alyssa. I reached out in advance to see if they had fishing poles my boys could borrow- she had them waiting with bait! She also had s’mores ingredients waiting for us that left our boys overjoyed. The little extra’s meant so much to us! Thank you!

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

We enjoyed a great weekend getaway at this place. Denise was a great host who were helpful and always quick to respond. The house is cozy and clean, perfect size for two adults. It is conveniently located while being private. We kayaked on Paugus Bay and hiked Mt Major. Would definitely come back again.

The Place was Very beautiful, Calm and peaceful! Loved the Paddle boats and The ping pong table ! Very fun and relaxing! Felt right at home !

Cannot say enough about Susan’s place! The minute we walked through the door we felt right at home. So cozy! The porch overlooking the lake was gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was a delight for someone that likes to cook, as I do. Has everything you could think of. Definitely one of those Airbnb’s that provides more than the basics. Which I so appreciate! Absolutely loved the fieldstone fireplace. She even provided wood. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Susan for an amazing week!

Loved Ali’s cabin ! Small and cozy, has all you need. Ali was super responsive and clear. Would love to stay again.

My friends & I appreciate the nice level lawn with fire pit & space to play cornhole right next to the water. The cottage itself has a good sized living room and additional sunroom / dining room so there is always space for sit-down meals and games! Much of the cottage is the original 1952 finish, carefully kept while modernizing the systems, appliances & fixtures. A great place!

My friends and I are photographers who make an annual fall getaway. Mike's place was beyond what we hoped for! It started with great communication--Mike answered any and all questions very quickly and offered additional suggestions of places to go and things to do. The house was located way off the beaten path on a very private road, right on a large pond. The scenery was gorgeous and we didn't really even have to leave the property to find beauty! We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch with it's fire table in the evening! Hopkinton is a beautiful small town that we enjoyed exploring! We hated to leave, but all of us look forward to booking this amazing place again very soon!

Our party was lucky enough to experience moderate snowfall during our stay. It was beautiful and peaceful. Such beautiful views. Lovely home and location!

Samantha and Shane were extremely helpful with the few questions we had, their cottage was so cutely decorated, nicely laid out and we were so blessed to be able to get down to the beach. The amenities they provided made our stay memorable and we felt like it was our home away from home. The cottage was centrally located so we were able to golf, hike and explore. We plan on getting up to the White Mountains next year for a little more hiking and this cottage is in a great location. Our son was able to stay a few days and we plan on doing that again. We will definitely be booking for next year and hope to stay a little longer, God willing. Thank you Shane and Samantha for opening up your cottage for rent!!!

Took my family for a fall getaway to the cabin. Everyone loved it. The room with the lake view was my favorite, although it is definitely a summer room as it does not have windows. Great for big families. Very private and peaceful. You cannot beat a lake side stay. We played Rummikub for 3 hrs one night! Left with many forever memories. Thank you!
