It’s a half mile to the Guilford beach, 4 miles to the Hammonasett beach in Madison. The house has great light, a cozy relaxing porch, a walking location to the village. Direct waterfront OWNER OCCUPIED property. Three upstairs bedrooms in a colonial home in a country setting with river and wood ed views.Guests have access to the pool (when in season) and deck areas which overlook the river. 2 full baths, the one upstairs is dedicated to the guests and the one downstairs is shared with owners and guests. Guests may prepare food in the kitchen or use the grill on the deck. TV is only in the living room, not in bedrooms.

The Colonial Room crashpad is right where downtown starts becoming residential, however, because it's so close, there's still lots of people and noise. This property has two bedrooms on the 2nd floor which can be booked separately or together. The West Room is a sunny yellow, and also has two windows and a good view of the forest. The bathroom is en-suite. Guests may use the salt-water lap pool in the summer months and enjoy the garden. A light breakfast is offered. Note: There is no elevator. There is parking available on the driveway. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

This guest room is situated in the back of the inn with a private entrance. A bright and sunny large room with queen sized bed and private bathroom with shower. There are two cozy chairs to relax in after a long day at the beach or shopping. This room comes with a small additional space and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, a microwave and table & chairs ideal for long term stays. This guest room is pet friendly.
