Brain was a great host. He answered all our questions fast and made our life super easy to check in and out. The house was great! With every thing you need to have a backyard BBQ. With a great pool!

The home was very nice--and the amenities it offered were great (the waterfront location was awesome). The house itself was very clean and ready for guests. The host was responsive to messages and left very clear instructions for us.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Mannys place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Aimee & Manny was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Manny and their property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We had our wedding in this airbnb and it has so much space the photos don’t do it justice! The views are gorgeous and much bigger in person! It felt very private and safe. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our family and friends!

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

This is probably one of the better Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. It’s obvious they have put in the effort and took the time to truly understand how hospitality operates. The Casitas are perfectly situated location wise, and are all new construction with modern amenities. Being able to walk down to the river where there’s a fireplace as well as having a fireplace outside your back door was truly a treat as they provide plenty of firewood and such. They also have a golf cart rental available, which I do suggest if you plan on staying a few days. Make sure to pay attention to their local recommendations as all of them were very true. We are already planning our return trip.

My husband and I loved the little cabin, very clean and comfortable. It’s private and very quiet. It has everything that we needed in order to make our stay more enjoyable. Everyone was very polite and helpful, whether it was through the people at Evolve and Ms. Hilda. They are polite, quick to answer any questions, and all instructions are very easily understood. Highly recommended.

Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

This place was incredible. Me and my boys had the best time here for the weekend. Deby is a great host and very accommodating. We even got a delicious key lime pie delivered from Deby. Can’t wait to visit again.

Very nice place that everyone enjoyed including the kids! Close to everything but secluded enough to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The creek behind the property is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the amenities that were included.

Amazing cabin with artistic touches in an incredibly beautiful location along the San Marcos river. We loved our weekend here and will definitely plan to come back!
