We are in the heart of residential Richmond, within an easy 15/20 minute walk to the Richmond CBD and close proximity to all the beaches, rivers and cycling tracks that the beautiful Nelson/Tasman region has to offer. The Saxton Sports Stadium and newly opened Velodrome is only a half hour walk or 5 minute drive away. There are mountain bike tracks in the hills just behind our house. We have a fully lockable space for your use which is suitable for a couple of bicycles.
