Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.
