Naxos: aluguel por temporada com vista para o mar

We had a wonderful time at Villa kampanelli! We really enjoyed the location & the beautiful sea view. There are nice bars, beaches, restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Penny & her family are really friendly and the appartment provided everything we needed and was cleaned every day.

El alojamiento es super recomendable, esta muy bien ubicado cerca del puerto, locales y lugares para comer. La habitacion es muy linda! Y la terraza privada es lo mejor! Alex fue muy atento desde que llegamos, la informacion para lugares a donde ir a comer nos sirvio mucho, y tambien tuvieron ciertas atenciones durante nuestra estadia. Recomiendo el alojamiento 100%.

Maria Anna is the perfect host. She put personal touches all over the home. She left snacks, drinks, tissues, beach towels and toiletries. The view is incredible with a market across the street and great restaurants in walking distance. Maria Anna arranged our taxi from the airport and she greeted us a check in. This home is spacious and comfortable and it feels like vacation as soon as you step inside. We enjoyed every second there.

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable dans ce logement en Grèce. L'hôte était très accueillant et attentionné, l'endroit était propre, confortable et exactement comme décrit. Wir haben zwei zauberhafte Wochen auf Naxos verbracht! Das Appartment war einfach perfekt: es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ideal im Zentrum von Naxos! Zur Altstadt sind es maximal 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der schöne Strand St. Georg befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2-3 Minuten entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt: Supermärkte, authentische Tavernen und Restaurants, Auto- und Fahrradverleih, sowie kleine Boutiquen oder auch Bäcker und Geschäfte mit Spezialitäten aus der Region. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Maria und Nikitas waren einfach großartig! Sie waren stets erreichbar und haben auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Sie hatten viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und haben dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Zeit auf Naxos wirklich unvergesslich bleiben wird! Nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank!

Le studio de Daniele était vraiment superbe ! Il correspondait parfaitement aux photos et très propre ! Le lit est confortable, et la salle de bain spacieuse :) La petite cours permet de prendre ses repas dehors et la machine à laver est très pratique ! Les instructions d'accès étaient très claires, et nous ne nous sommes pas perdus dans le vieux Naxos ! Le studio est tout proche du port, des restaurants et des petits commerces. Mais la petite rue reste très calme, idéal pour se reposer ! Daniele a été très réactif, de l'arrivée au départ, et à su répondre à toutes nos questions. N'hésitez pas à venir séjourner chez Daniele ! Un séjour parfait à Naxos :)

Belle villa, bien équipée, terrasse très agréable (cuisine extérieure, bbq, piscine, etc) , très bien situé (quelques mètres de la plage de Plaka), nécessite un véhicule pour se déplacer aux restaurants, shops, ville, etc. Hôtes disponibles et réactifs, propreté du logement irréprochable, accueil et départ faciles et flexibles.

Apartment, location and host were perfect. Cleopatra was responsive and gave us a great welcome. Only caveat is that if you go with kids, the private terrace's apartment is maybe not the best one due to the number of stairs

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. Stelios and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is peaceful and private. Bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable and stocked with all you need. The fruit, coffee, wine were a nice and unexpected touch. The private pool was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again if visiting Naxos.

Wow, wow, wow! What a villa! Pure luxury. We stayed here at the end of September, as a party of 5. The villa is split into two separate parts, each with its own entrance, kitchen and two bedrooms (total of 4 bedrooms). The photos do not do this villa justice. The kitchens were so well stocked - eg bread, jams, eggs, cheese, beer, wine, cereal - I have never seen an AirBnB provide so much! The kitchen balcony view was beautiful: pool, beach, sea. Two bedrooms opened straight out onto the pool area. The pool was amazing - and was cleaned during our stay. The sandy beach was a 1 minute walk away, and was deserted. The sea was crystal clear. A cleaner cleaned the villa during our week's stay. The bathrooms were pure luxury, with plenty of toiletries provided - even pool shoes! Michalis was the perfect host - very friendly, responded quickly to message & offered to arrange transport. Naxos Town was only a 20 minute drive away. I cannot recommend this villa enough. Nous avons passé une semaine avec mon conjoint, mon fils et mes parents. La villa est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Les extérieurs avec ses 2 terrasses sont très beaux également et sans vis à vis. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci Stella pour cette belle expérience.

Wow! This is one of our BEST experiences! Absolutely beautiful home with every luxury amenity. We especially enjoyed the private pool and rooftop deck. But the thing that set this experience apart from all of the others was our host. He welcomed us with sweets, water, and homemade apricot jam. He gave us dinner and sight seeing recommendations and even stopped by with a final parting gift to thank us for our business. He called and had a rental car delivered to the house and sent fault housekeeping. Our stay was just PERFECT and made our stay in Naxos very special. We will definitely return!

The team at Sivanis is wonderful! Answered all questions in a timely manner. The place is in a quiet area away from all the tourists which we loved but central enough to get to Nauossa and other areas on the island by car. Loved how close and walking distance it is to the beach, only a few meters. The pool is wonderful for a great swim in evenings❣️The place is spectacular and so comfy. Thank you!! 🙌🙏

We had a fantastic week at Anthi's place, we felt completely at home and relaxed for the entire time we were there. Anthi was super friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do while we were on Naxos, and was also able to sort our hire car for us in advance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, really spacious and we had a nice view of the sea/sunset from our pool terrace area. The location is great for exploring Naxos and felt so peaceful throughout the day. We really enjoyed the communal pool area too, which never felt too busy. Breakfasts were delivered each morning by Alexandros - plentiful and delicious, lots of Greek treats! It made for a special start to each day. The villa was cleaned daily to a high standard too. Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆

The villa was lovely especially having a private pool. The living and balcony areas were great for our group. A downside is that the villa is isolated especially walking to restaurants and the top floor bathroom is very difficult for elderly people. Other than that we loved it and the lady who came to clean was fantastic.

honestly you won't find a better place in Paros! You're away from the village of Naousa but at the same time right in it. The house is on the water and is away from the bustle of the village but only a two minute walk away and great sunset views every evening.

We loved the apartment and outdoor patio. But what really made our stay special was Konstantinos. His kindness and hospitality will make me come back again.

villa située à 5 minutes à pied d' une longue plage de rêve ( sable, eau turquoise, grande tranquillité...) le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse grande et très bien exposée pour y prendre tous ses repas offre une vue superbe sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. les 2 chambres donnent sur la terrasse de façon independante. Seule une chambre a des placards de rangement pour les vêtements. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter l île loin de la foule de Chora qui reste cependant vite accessible à 25minutes de voiture. Merci à Nikos et Natasa pour leurs délicates attentions trouvées dans leur logement et pour leur souplesse pour les horaires d entrée et de sortie du logement. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

A thoroughly magnificent experience from start to end. Transportation was complimentary and very simple from the port to the pristine suite. The view from the terrace is unparalleled with breathtaking naturally pink lakes to the left and the crystal blue Mediterranean to the right. Sunsets were like nothing we’ve ever seen before. The little orchard on the property with pomegranates, oranges and grapefruits was divine and every day we picked and tasted the fruits. Nektaria went above and beyond, so thoughtful and helpful, delivering us a car rental straight to our door, providing recommendations and just generally making herself available. This slice of heaven is tucked away from everything, but only a twenty minute walk to many bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate - just book. My stay at Manolis' Airbnb was truly unforgettable! Nestled in a peaceful, remote area surrounded by nature, it's the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. A car is necessary since there's no public transport, but it's well worth the drive. The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed. The best part was the stunning sunrise view—waking up to that beautiful scene every morning was magical. Plus, you're super close to the sea, with plenty of beautiful beaches nearby to explore, perfect for a quick swim or a relaxing seaside walk. Manolis was an amazing host, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking sunrises and easy access to multiple beaches, this is the place to be! I'm definitely coming back! P.S. There are great restaurants nearby, just a short 10-minute drive away, perfect for enjoying delicious local food after a day by the sea.

I can't say enough great things - maybe my favorite Airbnb experience ever. The location was absolutely gorgeous, and the house had so much character, while still having all the modern amenities we needed. Takis was so helpful - flexible with check-in, and he sent really detailed instructions for the house that were easy to follow when we couldn't meet in person. The location is about a ten minutes' drive outside town, so it was quieter but still had plenty of walkable options. They've thought of all the 'little things,' including extra beach towels, some beach toys, laundry detergent, and some snacks left for us too. They were helpful with recommendations and very responsive when we had questions. Drinking wine and watching the sunsets from the house were a highlight of our trip. Absolutely top-notch listing, and I would recommend friends visit Naxos specifically to stay here.

Villa magnifique, à 2 minutes à pied de la mer, endroit protégé et privilégié, hôte très aimable et disponible. Nous sommes arrivés un lundi de Pâques et l'hôte avait prévu de quoi nous accueillir avec des jus de fruits, du vin, du pain, de quoi faire un sandwich, des fruits, c'était très appréciable pour nous et nos enfants, merci encore! Nous espérons revenir dans ce bel endroit!
