Skønt sommerhus kun 400 m. fra stranden

Hyggeligt og velholdt sommerhus i gåafstand til børnevenlig badestrand tæt ved skov og natur. Huset er i et plan med plads til 5-6 gæster og et anneks med plads til 2. I soveværelset er der en seng på 160x200 og i stuen en sovesofa med ca. samme størrelse, når den er slået ud, i det andet værelse er der en seng på 120x200, hvor der er plads til at 2 børn/unge. Annekset indeholder en seng på 140x200, det er isoleret og har radiator. Nogle vil synes, at 7 voksne er for mange pga husets str.

"Kysthytten" by Saksild beach and close to Aarhus

Kysthytten is located by East Jutlands most beautiful bathing beach, Saksild Strand (250m), 20 min. drive from Aarhus. A holiday home on 2 levels, 140 sqm for 7 persons and direct access to enclosed patio. From the upper floor there is a fantastic view to the east over the sea / west over fields. 150 meters to the nearest shopping during the summer period. In Odder, which is 5 km away, there is a large variety of shopping. The beach can be reached in only a few minutes walk. (300 m)

Fantastisk beliggenhed og stort nyt moderne hus. Lige ud til vandet, indkøb og kultur. Perfekt til at samle familien eller til sommerferien i Danmark. Huset har 6 værelser, 3 badeværelser, 1 stor og rummelig stue med køkken og sofagruppe, bryggers og 1 mindre stue i hemsen. Der er 1 stor terrasse med udsigt over havet samt 4 mindre terrasser. Der er en stor gårdhave med overdækket terrasse samt gasgril til de sene aftentimer. Der er desuden en petanquebane og en trampolin til børn.

Cosy & relaxing. 5 bed areas: Room1: 2x90cm(=180cm) + Room2: 120cm + Lounge3: 140cm + Down4: 2x90cm + Down5: 140cm. Terrace, balcony, garden, parking, wifi, washer, wood burner, heat pump, meditation cabinet. No TV, no dishwasher, no baking oven. Last pic is wood burner. Checkout 10am. NO CHARGING of electric car batteries.

Cozy surroundings for a perfect night out. In this spacious guest suite you can enjoy the tranquility and each other's company. There is plenty of space to relax outside and inside. There is a separate entrance, a separate bathroom/toilet and a kitchen with crockery, electric kettle, single hob etc. Sofa bed of good quality. There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).

Holiday house with great seaview - sauna, hottub

Large holiday home in Bønnerup Strand by the sea, perfect for two or three families. Max 10 adults. With panoramic sauna and hot tub. Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.

Cozy summer cottage near the ocean.

Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
