Had a wonderful girls trip at this beautiful home. We had lots of space for everyone. Brittney was extremely nice and responsive. Hoping to come back again in the near future.

Flor and Dianna were great host from the beginning. I loved the place and felt at home. We were in the process of moving to the area from our off state and Dianna offered her assistance. This was a trip for me and my sister and our spouses to visit our retired Navy vet uncle but when we seen this place we decided our uncle needed to come to us😃. The house was beautiful and the dock at the river was a plus because I was able to go fishing a little bit. We really enjoyed and we are already making plans to come back to this exact spot. I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This place was all we could've hoped for and everything was great! check in, communication, all of it. we will definitely be booking again if we make it back down to Florida!

We relaxed with our adult children and their spouses. Grilled, swam, and took in the views. Very peaceful. Great fenced in yard for the dog. We would return in the future for more memories. Micheal was a very responsive host.

Ashley saved our stay! We needed to be in Jacksonville for a week due to an eye surgery my husband was scheduled to have done. Our original plans changed from just the two of us traveling and planning to stay at a hotel near the surgery center to bringing our three dogs with us. A few days before our arrival, I quickly changed our hotel reservation to an extended stay type of accommodation that allowed pets. We arrived early evening and within two hours I was frantically searching for an AirBnB that was available as the extended stay I had selected was unbearable to be at. Thankfully, Ashley’s cute home was available and due to her prompt responsiveness and willingness to help us - we were able to check in right away instead of having to wait until 4pm the following day! The perfect recovery spot for my husband and our hounds loved the freedom of the fenced in backyard! Ashley made a difference for what was a very stressful time for us. Thank you Ashley!

Konti is truly a super host and was so responsive to any of my questions or requests. The home was just as pictured and had all of the amenities you could need. We had a wonderful time and I will absolutely stay with him again!!!!

This property ended up being even better than anticipated. Super cute in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. We had 4 adults (1 couple) so it suited our needs perfectly. The one note i would make was the lack of dishwasher - which would have been totally fine besides our plan to make meals every day. (This is pure laziness and would not impact our decision to return) - we are very capable of washing our own. Host was super responsive and accommodating to our needs - went above and beyond. Aesthetic was super cute and the game room was a fun touch. Bathrooms had nice toiletries available and towels were fluffy and soft. Great spot - would highly recommended!

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

Marisa has had been great to communicate with and responsive. She was a great advocate for making sure our packing space was for us. The room was wonderfully decorated and very welcoming!

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Raymond’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Raymond was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.

Jorge's place was an amazing location with tons of restaraunts, entertainment, and amenities available during the duration of the stay. It has great highway access and can reach any of your travel destinations to beaches in the beautiful coast within 30mins or so. I found that his place provided a nice and comfy stay as well, I felt right at home and was able to rest easy as the neighborhood was much better than others displayed on Ab&b.
