It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The tastefully renovated and secluded accommodation is the former Servants' Quarters on the top floor accessed by the original 1600s stone staircase. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

Characterful barn conversion set on our family run farm. Fantastic views, ample sized garden and living space for a perfect rural retreat whatever the weather. The barn was once used as the dye house for the working cloth mill in the 1800's, however during the war the dye house was repurposed as a cowshed and now recently converted into a home.
