Museum Island: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Nadine hat jederzeit sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus war sehr einladend vorbereitet. Absolut einwandfrei. Die Geräte in der Küche sind super. Der Induktionsherd und auch der Dunstabzug waren zu jeder Mahlzeit ein absolutes Highlight bei den Kindern. Die Schaukel an der Treppe war im Dauereinsatz. Für Familien definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

Heerlijk verblijf op korte afstand van Berlijn (ongeveer 30 minuten). Het huis is ruim met twee goede slaapkamers en de keuken was van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime huiskamer en grote tuin met volop zon. En als host was Angela zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Echt een aanrader. In de buurt is er niet zoveel te doen maar we kwamen ook echt voor Berlijn. Kom graag nog eens terug met ons gezin.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Wir waren mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden, super ruhige Lage, großes Grundstück, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, gemütliche Einrichtung, alles da, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir würden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Roumiana war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Haus sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und die ruhige Lage hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Roumiana!

Schon zum zweiten Mal hatten wir die Unterkunft gebucht und es war wieder alles wunderbar! Die Lage zur S-Bahn mit der man schnell in der Innenstadt oder am Flughafen ist und die ruhige Umgebung sind top. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder!

Wurde 23 renoviert. Alles in tadellosem Zustand, sehr gepflegt. Häuschen liegt am Rande einer (ruhigen) Dauercamping Anlage. Von der eigenen Terrasse schaut man auf eine großzügige Grünfläche und den angrenzenden See (?). Für Kinder befand sich außerdem ein Trampolin auf dem Rasen. Berlin ist mit den öffentlichen sehr gut erreichbar. Wir empfehlen hier (je nach Aufenthaltsdauer) die Berlin Welcome Card. Wir würden die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein Dankeschön an Familie Schulze :) !

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Thank you for helping us to find this nicely located apartment. The area was top ten of ten possible. And the conversation with Marcus was super.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at Vanni‘s apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. It’s very spacious, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Vanni was super responsive, very kind and he even let us store our luggage in the flat for a good while after check out time so that we could enjoy our last hours before catching the flight without having to drag it around. We felt very much at home! Complementary (and very good!) coffee and tea was highly appreciated! The area is fabulous! Very good public transport connection to pretty much everywhere in Berlin, great restaurants and amazing cafes, cute boutiques, pubs, bars, Biergarten, everything in walking distance. If you like the buzz of the city and also coming „home“ to a vibrant, typical Berlin, beautiful and very green neighbourhood this is the place to stay. We‘ll be back!

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

De accommodatie is gewoon super. We waren met ons vieren maar er is plek voor zes personen. De douche verdient een speciale vermelding. We hebben nog nooit zo’n fijne douche gehad. Met drie dames in het gezelschap is dit zeer zeker een extra vermelding waard. Om de hoek ligt een grote supermarkt. Aan de overkant ligt het Mauerpark. Daar is altijd iets te doen. We hadden super mooi weer dus we hebben ook van het park genoten. In onze woning had je niet in de gaten dat het park aan de overkant lag. In de buurt enkele super leuke restaurantjes, allemaal op loopafstand (max. 20 minuten). Kortom, een super locatie om Berlijn te verkennen. We komen hier zeker terug. O ja, wij waren met de auto. Tip: parkeergarage Kulturbrauerei. 15 minuten lopen. Echt een aanrader. Emil, hartelijk bedankt dat we van jouw woning gebruik mochten maken!

Dit appartement ligt in een rustige straat en toch in de buurt van leuke restaurants, twee bioscopen, supermarkt, bakker en eigenlijk alles dat je nodig kunt hebben. Het appartement zelf is mooi en praktisch ingericht, brandschoon en comfortabel. Je slaapt aan de achterkant en daar is het rustig. Fijn bed, fijne douche en alles dat je nodig hebt is er. Een aanrader en wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für meinen Geschäftsurlaub in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist gut zu erreichen, wunderschön eingerichtet, ein sehr gemütliches Bett und war blitzsauber. Angenehm warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Kommunikation von Berlina war proaktiv und herzlich. Alles rund um den Aufenthalt, Check-in & -out war sehr gut organisiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr charmanten Quartier mit vielen tollen kleinen Lokalen und an einen netten Park. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung extrem ruhig im obersten Geschoss, Treppenlaufen ist angesagt, aber es lohnt sich sehr!! Sehr nette Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, es war super!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement. Le beau quartier et le calme bien appréciable après les journées à déambuler dans la ville. Amélie s'est montrée très réceptive. Appartement très propre. Le canapé qui peut faire office de lit est confortable.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, gemütlich, viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Zwei Betten lassen sich leicht ins Wohnzimmer stellen, so dass man bei Bedarf drei Schlafzimmer hat.

A home away from home! Clean, quiet, in a safe neighborhood. Had everything I needed. I was sad to leave. Excellent location! In between Südkreuz train station on the S2 train line and Julius-Leber-Brücke station on the S1 line, which are only about 8 minutes from the apartment. There is a grocery store near the Julius-Leber-Brücke station as well.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Without a doubt, I ll be staying here again on my next trip to Berlin. GRACIAS ✨
