Easy place to stay at to be within walking distance of broadway! Cute building and enjoyed our stay

Place was very clean, updated, well stocked with EVERYTHING (coffee, ice, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, extra pillows and blankets, toilet paper). AC worked great. Within walking distance to a coffee shop and only a 7 min Lyft ($15) to Broadway! Perfect for our girls weekend.

Apartment was clean and well kept. Brianna was very responsive and kept us update. Location was great. Close to everything and located in a great neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at D’s place. Perfect location! So clean and so much attention to detail. D thought of everything to make us feel at home and so welcomed. Our stay at Chad’s home was nothing short of amazing! From our very first messages, Chad‘s team was highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and made everything from booking to traveling a breeze. The home is incredible - spanning over four levels, our group of seven girls admired the tasteful decor, extreme cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout. The rooftop was hands down the cherry on top of it all! Every morning I went up there to meditate, stretch, and enjoy the breathtaking views of Nashville. Seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting this wonderful city! Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs LOL - which was just my excuse to skip working out for the week. Nice location in East Nashville close to lots of restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Broadway. We rented both units and had plenty of space for 5 couples. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, there is an extra full bath downstairs. Everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals. Bring your own coffee pods… There is a full kitchen living area upstairs we did not use. We enjoyed our stay.

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

Darlene’s place felt like a home away from home. It was very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to our every need and just very accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this property to every family visiting the Murfreesboro area.

The condo was perfect for our group of 3. We were able to walk all of downtown easily from the unit. The neighborhood was nice and clean. The unit was well decorated and had all the right amenities. Beds and linens were GREAT, made getting a goods night rest easy after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Great location to have pets and walkable to see downtown. Great stay and we got to see everything we wanted in Nashville.

Olivia's place a great last minute find as our original airbnb had to cancel the Thursday before we arrived on Sunday. Location couldn't be any better to get to all the midtown. Very responsive host and answered any questions we had. Will definitely re-book for our next adventure!

River view and wildlife were great!

This location is walkable to shops and restaurants and in a nice neighborhood, and rideshare to downtown Nashville is really easy. There were ants in the living room, but the co-host came to take care of them right away after we checked in late which was amazing. In the shared bathroom the shower floor was very creaky and seemed unstable, and the shower and bathroom sink were backing up a bit. the other bathroom was fine. There was a lot of traffic noise if you slept in the living room but it was fairly quiet in the bedrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there isn't an elevator which isn't clear in the post. The unit is really nice and spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our group of 6. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for us and the outdoor pool area was a nice perk. It was a great location to broadway and we walked it every day very easily! The parking spot was a great plus as well! It took us a little while to get used to the latch app but Rindi was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place 100%.

Great location but the train at 3:00am and the people pacing back and forth made it difficult for a restful nights sleep. But excellent otherwise!
