350m from the beach, two renovated stylish houses sit in a village of tall trees, flowering plants and birdsong — close enough to hear the waves on a still night. Built in 1989 and recovering from the 1997 crisis, it still has a pioneering feel: lush, unhurried, and quietly off the beaten track. The two houses share the beautiful pool and jacuzzi and gardens. All fully equipped with modern kitchens. Three resident cats live around the place. No reception, no guards, no gardeners — just us!

Outside the area lies the unexploited Thailand with a rich selection of restaurants, beaches and markets. The nearest beach is only 400m and the pool is at the perfect distance fom the house. The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.
