Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο, με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, κλιματισμό, ψυγείο, Wi-Fi και πρόσβαση σε αυλή με τραπέζι. Η περιοχή είναι ήρεμη και φιλική, με δυνατότητα δωρεάν πάρκινγκ κοντά. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα.
