Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Enjoy your stay at this large newly renovated one bedroom in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. The unit has a large fenced backyard that opens into the unit. Conveniently located on Humphreys close to the action of downtown, Snowbowl ski mountain, hiking and biking trails. The bedroom has a large king size bed and a work desk.
