A getaway for family and friends, the sharp clean lines of this house with its green roof and natural eco-treated wood siding was designed to blend into its natural surroundings...with the non-human visitors, including Moose, Elk, Deer, Bear and Great Horned Owls, we think it has. The 700 square feet of deck offers a great viewing for sunsets and wildlife.

Great views, come escape the summer heat & lay on the deck, hike, read, watch avideo, cook. We work a lot and play a lot. We love well behaved pets that get along with other animals. This is a serenity zone. Great for easy access to all the 14ers around here and quaint towns. Close to Breckenridge. In South Park!

Mt. Columbia is our largest stand alone chalet, formerly the office/owner's residence, it's layout is unique and is located closest to the entrance. A gated deck and fenced in yard makes it perfect for pets and a private hot tub out back looks on a meadow of aspens towards the creek. Unwind on the leather sofa and reclining chair in the main living room in front of a beautiful gas fireplace and 65'' DLP TV.
