We can’t say enough nice things about Mark and his wife and their great cabins. Good People. We were right outside Petit Jean State Park. He has bundles of firewood available at a very reasonable price. There’s also a little store with some great homemade fudge,etc right at the entrance to his County Road. We had some car trouble right as we got there, and I called Mark for some local recommendations, and he was happy to accommodate us. Super friendly and helpful, and the shop he recommended took great care of us and had us on the road very quickly. I was worried that our car trouble was going to overshadow the trip, but nothing could be further from the truth. Everyone was so helpful and we enjoyed a great day at the state park and got to see a beautiful sunrise at Petit Jean’s gravesite and overlook by the river, and a Gorgeous sunset at the CCC overlook in the state park. Highly recommended. We would never consider staying anywhere else when we go back to this area.

My husband & I celebrated our 7 year wedding anniversary in this beautiful cottage!! Everything was perfect! The cottage was so clean and cute! We will be back when we can stay longer.

This was a perfect getaway weekend, in a gorgeous home. It was mostly private (neighbors were far enough away to not impede on privacy), quiet and peaceful. Although I'm afraid of large dogs, the two visiting from the neighbors were sweet and friendly giants. I ended up cuddling with them and it even felt like they could be therapy dogs. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our first romantic weekend away and it was perfect, especially evenings in the hot tub. I definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

Waterfall cabin #3 was an absolute dream! It felt like my own private oasis. The waterfall was stunning and felt like I was right on top of it. I hiked down to the bottom and jumped in -so refreshing! There is always a beautiful swimming hole in front of the property with sand, a cabana they are building and tons of chairs. Perfect place to sit and relax. I can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Everything was so nice! And a beautiful view! I would recommend visiting the Beaumont Gift shop as well!

We had a great time at the house! My kids LOVED taking turns in the second bedroom with their own massive bed and television. My son adored the friendly dogs that kept coming to the yard. I loved watching the birds from the porch. We rented pedal-boats from the bait shop and had a blast. The house is huge but simple, the neighborhood is humble, and it was everything we needed to decompress for a couple of days. The house was impressively clean. Elena was a delightful host. She has the house filled with sweet little touches, she was understanding when we had to change our plans a bit, and she even let us know about local events.

What a magical stay! This a frame was decorated beautifully and made us feel right at home! I’ve already shared this place with many friends and plan on coming back one day! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful stay and host! Photos don’t do this property justice, even better in person! The care and attention to even the smallest indoor and outdoor comfort things was wonderful! Tiki torches full of mosquito oil, propane in the grill and deck fire place, coffee and snacks, once already made, etc. The outside space was just perfect and so very peaceful! Exactly what I was looking for as the first location for my Ozark Mountain hiking trip!! This place exceeded my expectations! I’ll stay here again next time I’m down for sure!

Only problem we had finding prop was expecting to see number on mailbox instead of fence. Everything we needed was provided and more. Everyone from young children to grandparents enjoyed the property. Loved the ambience of the rustic cabin and aroma of cedar. The baked treats were a very nice touch. Lots of room for a gathering of people. Only issue was step up to the back area. Plenty to do on the property in addition to the local attractions. We were all enthralled interacting with the horses. Came prepared to let the little ones try fishing but didn’t get to it. Definitely recommend to someone looking for a place to relax and unwind from the rat race of daily living. Every need anticipated; just need to provide your own meals outside of breakfast.

This cabin was the perfect getaway—tucked away in the woods for total privacy, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cozy. The hosts were amazing and made sure everything was just right. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is it! Highly recommend.

We so enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful getting away from our routine hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed just sitting on the porch in the swing and rocking chairs. Christine was more than helpful and so very sweet and nice!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Meek’s Mountaintop Retreat. We were looking for a place to relax, slow down, and enjoy nature, and this was the perfect place. The house had all we needed. The views from the living room were breathtaking. The kitchen was well stocked with anything a person could need to cook with. The bedroom was so cute and the bedding was comfortable. We had all we needed to stay warm when the cooler weather came while we were there. We loved the historic character and charm of the home. As I cooked breakfast, I watched the deer eat and play out the back porch. We grilled and dined on the tables outside. We lounged on the outdoor furniture and drank coffee. It was perfect. The trail system and Sunrise Point is also just steps away from the house. Views were spectacular and pictures don’t do justice. Deborah was friendly, helpful and very accommodating!

Rebecca's place was clean, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for our weekend off the grid. We stayed for a girls' weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The plan was to hang out, play games, go on a couple of hikes, and simply enjoy time together—and this was the ideal setting for it all. The location is beautiful, private, and secluded, but still conveniently close to Petit Jean State Park. The house itself was thoughtfully equipped, with comfy beds that accommodated everyone, a nice kitchen for cooking meals, and plenty of sitting space both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area was especially lovely for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The only minor hiccup was a bit of confusion with the directions, as the instructions mentioned "towards Opello," which led us to believe we wouldn’t actually go into Opello. However, you do. Once we figured that out, everything else went smoothly. We had a splendid weekend and are already planning to come back and rent

The view from the back porch was amazing and the house was quiet and a nice place to stay. The hill going up to the cabin might be tough for some vehicles to go up, but my 4x4 had no problems. We’ll definitely be back.

We enjoyed our brief stay. We liked the easy access to Mack's Pines and the miles of off-road trails in the area. There's plenty of room to park and turn around with a truck and trailer. Very quiet. Gated access. It was pretty cold, but the heat worked well. Slept fine on the bed and might have slept as well on the couch and sofa which was very comfy. Appreciated the ice trays and bowl for ice in the freezer. My only criticism or request would be for a usable mirror in the bathroom. The existing mirror is on top of a corner enclosure and while quite large was not usable for me at 6ft and my 5ft wife had to get a chair to stand on to see. Would recommend.

We were looking for a large home to stay in while we visited family nearby. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals to share with them. The house is nestled among trees with a nice front porch and we enjoyed being in such a peaceful spot.

Great little get away with everything you need! Deer everywhere! Great access to the mountain and all it entails. Hikes were amazing and just right around the corner from the cabin! Cute, clean, great location and a great host! Bravo, Mark! I will absolutely be back 😃

We really enjoyed this cozy cabin. I normally don't get a chance to interact with the host but this trip my car battery died so Chris immediately came over and helped give us a jump. I got a chance to talk with them, they are down to earth and extremely talented, as they put alot of work into building their airbnbs. Also, my small dog really benefited from the dog ramp on the porch.

Mark goes above and beyond as a host. Example, we had a good fire going but he still came by with extra wood to see if we wanted more. He took us into the cabin to explain everything when we first arrived, after greeting us in front of the cabin!

This was a great cabin to stay in. Easy to find and Sarah was super helpful. We forgot to pack a steamer and she went out of her way to bring us an iron since we had a wedding! We appreciated her!

If you are looking for a getaway in nature to unwind and relax I would highly recommend all three of these cabins. They were each unique and designed with customers in mind. We had an opportunity to speak with Robbie and are extremely thankful there are people like him in this world willing to share the beauty of nature. I have not seen our dog so happy and relaxed to be outside in a long time! Thanks for everything Roxie Ridge!

The place was so cute and comfy. The weather had gone from warm to cool and we were comfortable through all the weather. They supplied everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay there.
