Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.

Part of our house, this private wing has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable lounge and your own modern bathroom as well a large landscaped garden to relax in. We have a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle etc but not a full kitchen. We are in Point Chevalier, a comfortable friendly suburb of Auckland with great public transport options and close to the beach.
