Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 13€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 2,90€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Ich bin Markus und wohne mit meiner Frau in einem wunderschönen Vierkanthof aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit 4.000m² Wiese & Wald. Wir möchten auch euch die Möglichkeit geben, hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit Familie und/oder Freunden zu verbringen. In mehrjähriger und sehr aufwändiger Sanierung wurde der Hof komplett erneuert. Es entstanden vier Wohneinheiten. Im Ostflügel wohnen wir, im Südteil befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung und im südwestlichen Teil entstanden 2 Chalets.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
