Mauri was one of the BEST hosts I’ve ever had on AirBnB. Her instructions, guidance, responsiveness and kindness were an added bonus to this beautiful, family friendly beach house. Loved everything about it! Our 8-year-old granddaughter cried when we left and said she wanted to come back for he 9-year birthday to THIS HOUSE! Easy access to the beach and a short distance from Pismo made for a perfect long weekend!

Hummingbird House is clean, has beautiful views, plenty of patio space and overall just a fun place to stay and relax. The host is responsive and responds quickly to any communications. This is our 3rd stay here, and we enjoy it every time.

Once again, we had an amazing week in this amazing home! I can’t say enough about this beautiful slice of paradise! The views from every corner of the home takes your breath away. What a GEM! Melissa was wonderful. We had booked another place in Arroyo Grande and when we arrived it was nothing like what it appeared to be online. So we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We reserved this last minute and Melissa had it ready for us to check-in 2 hours later. I am so glad we found it. You pull up to a gorgeous property outside. The house is amazing! Absolutely spotless inside. Everything is top of the line from the linens to the appliances. Amenities are great. There is a ping pong table, pool table and lots of games, all indoors. Melissa provides all the stuff to make smores. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, baking, whatever you want! There is a gorgeous deck with a full ocean view, BBQ, and large table and chairs. Great backyard as well. Walk across the street and two houses down, the beach is right there! The only one thing that I did not care for is the beds. They are a bit too firm. I will definitely book this property again!

Very nice place kept very clean. The kitchen is in real need of improvement. If you like to cook, consider bringing some kitchen supplies.

This place was amazing. Great location, spotless and very easy communication. Everything is clean and we didn't lack anything. There are lots of extra amenities and it is very well maintained. Quiet street and there is a lot to do within about 30 minutes: Hearst Castle, San Simeon, Pismo, SLO, Avila, Kayaking, Hiking, etc.... and walkable (10mins) to the beach with a great view of Morro Rock & Bay. Would def. rent again and recommend!

My children and I loved our stay. It was cozy and the beds were so great to sleep in as well as linens. We loved it! Felt like home. Another plus, were the washers and dryers available to use. We stayed longer than a week and it made it easier and faster to do laundry with 2 washers and dryers available. Amber was very prompt at responding and fixing a couple of issues I encountered during our stay. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Chris with Beach Bum Rentals was so helpful and kind, they rescued our vacation this weekend. We had a last minute trip cancellation and decided to try a staycation in Oceano. She worked with us after we contacted them through Airbnb and made sure we were all set. It was perfect and they really made sure their guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stays. Beach Bum Rentals also worked with evacuees from the LA fire this weekend and have been trying to help them find housing and accommodate for special needs or pets. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience. The house was beautiful, location was great, price was appropriate and it had everything we needed and then some.

It's a lovely place and a beautiful house! The house was clean and exactly as described. The beach and a playground are a 3-minute walk from the house, well-suited for our three-year-old. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The picturesque Bluff Trail is a walk or a short drive, just a few blocks down the road. A 15-minute drive to Elephant Seal Vista Point! We loved the place and would stay here again.

I liked the property. Nice views of the ocean and vacant lots on either side, providing plenty of privacy. Walking distance from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Christy is a thorough host, who is proactive and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

A wonderful place to stay in Grover beach. The home was comfortable, exceptionally clean and made for an easy visit. Highly Recommend!

Bird’s Eye View was a beautiful and serene place for my family’s vacation. Spacious, clean, comfortable and close to all the great things Cambria has to offer. Their pet-friendly policies (and town!) made it easy for us to include our pups in this wonderful vacation and we all had a great time. Breen was quick to respond to all my questions and was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this host and rental! If you’re looking for a great place to get away from it all, you’ve found it. What a wonderful place! We stayed for a month and wish we could've stayed longer. Great accommodations which maximize a smaller space - good layout and outdoor spaces for dining and lounging. Updated with nice amenities and a great vibe. Location is unbeatable with ocean views from your window and front door. Wonderful hosts who are responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! This house is in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to a public beach access trail to the ocean. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed having coffee on the back deck. Great yard for a dog and kids! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay with our family. The house was stocked with everything we could needed. The beds were very comfortable and our family loved the space and pool room. We loved hearing the frogs at night. We bought chairs and a table for the beach.

The home was great in terms of accommodating our family reunion. There were 10 of us, representing three generations. The living area, dining area and kitchen were great for getting together. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all the cooking needed to feed us all, including lots of plates, cups, glasses and utensils, and items needed to prepare and serve all kinds of food. All the needed soaps, cloth and paper towels, garbage bags, etc. were much appreciated. The layout of the home also was great for separation. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spaced nicely apart. Bathrooms were fully stocked. In addition, the extra family room was a plus, as well as the large, enclosed backyard for running around. Furthermore, there was lots of parking space and play equipment in the large garage. Security was not a concern.

Robyn’s home is very nice for an Airbnb and I would highly recommend for San Luis Opispo. Fully supplied kitchen was especially nice even though we only used it for breakfast. Was very gracias to allow us a late check out.

You will not be disappointed. Great location and quiet.

It was a stunning place, and extremely clean and cared for… plenty of space and looked exactly like the photos. fit 8 of us very very comfortably!! the host was very responsive and accommodating, will definitely be staying here again!!

Host reached out before we arrived - ensuring us everything was set for us. That's the difference between hospitality and just another rental, knowing someone was available if we needed anything. We didn't need anything which is a huge plus. Nice location in Avila within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and the pier. The roof time deck was nice and allowed for us to get some sun in privacy. Really appreciate parking in the garage since the location is pretty popular so street parking isn't always easy. Would come again.
