Idyllic countryside house

An idyllic countryside retreat in an old Montenegro peasant stone house, surrounded by grapevines, pomegranates, quince and fig trees, and with a great view on the mountains. This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Eco Resort Cermeniza - Villa Lisicina

Eco Resort Cermeniza is located in one of the most scenic places at Crmnica region with a panoramic view of the Skadar Lake. Our Resort is divided into 13 beautiful Villas, with a swimming pool, entertainment area and free parking for guests. Within the Resort of 5000 sq m, the tourists can also enjoy our two hundred years old vineyards and wine tasting at our rustic wine cellar. Villa Lisicina has 25 sq meters, 2 twind beds, kitchen with dining table and a private bathroom.

Savin Kuk ski center is located just in 5 minutes walk from Family Farm Apartments and its chair-lift works during the summer time too. The cottage is ideal for couples and families (with children). SANA Olive Cabin

Escape to a serene retreat surrounded by beautiful 60-year-old olive trees, while still enjoying the convenience of being close to everything you need. Built in 2022, our cozy cabin comfortably welcomes 2–5 guests. The stunning Long Beach is only 1.5 km away, while the famous Salina birdwatching area is 5.5 km away. Markets and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk. Relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy a peaceful and memorable getaway in our charming cabin.

Our household is located about 20 km from old Royal capital of Montenegro-Cetinje. Taste out best homemade vines, brandy and other homemade organic products. Once you arrive at our small village, you will be granted with free welcome drinks, season fruits and cookies.
