Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

We had a great time in the villa up the mountain, overlooking Cinisi. Massimo and Selena were very responsive and helpful. The terras is amazing, with a beautiful view. Great for a swim, drinks & dinner in the afternoon sun.

Super zentral gelegene Wohnung in einem hippen viertel in Palermo. Die Wohnung war super sauber und hatte alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Kurztripp benötigt. Vincenzo war schnell und gut erreichbar, immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wir haben nur gutes zu berichten

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very true to the listing. Clean, comfortable and fantastic view off the veranda and out the kitchen windows. The town is smaller and a bit quiet but a lovely place to relax. If you crave bigger towns there are several in the surrounding areas and all are mentioned in the book of recommendations. Several beach areas in walking distance however 2 are small and don’t offer amenities on the beach. Balestrate is very walkable however will need a car to explore outside areas. Patty, the host was fantastic and always very responsive when we had a question. I absolutely would recommend this property. Bonus * the a/c works really well and that’s rare to find in Sicily.

We had a lovely stay in Mondello. The accommodation was perfect for getting buses to Palermo, travelling to sites and for places to eat and drink in the evening.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis, de prachtige tuin en natuurlijk het zwembad. Het Italiaanse weer was een fijn cadeau voor ons in april. De eigenaren zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk. Alles was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen. Extra tip: Wij hebben met een motorbootje gevaren via Makari Bootverhuur in Castellamare del Golfo. Heel gaaf om te doen. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! Arrivederci!

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Great host, very flexible and problem solving. We came back and there was an ants invasion in the bedroom. Marino was very kind and offer us immediately his next door apartment until he solve the problem. Great experience!

We had a great time in this lovely apartment. We were a family with 2 kids ( 10 and 12) and it had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and even in April we were able to use it almost every day. Very comfortable beds and great views from the terrace. Very secure parking which is great when you have a rental. The surrounding area has all you would need ( little supermarket and lots of restaurants) but it also served as a great base to explore northern Sicily and the amazing towns and beaches close by, we were always happy to come back to the apartment for a bit of pool time at the end of a day exploring. Book it without hesitation. Thank you for our lovely stay and we will be back to your lovely accommodation!

It is easily accessible on foot, ensuring that you can conveniently find all the necessities you may require. The apartment is fully equipped, including a compact kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a reliable fast Wi-Fi connection, and the ambiance of a cozy Sicilian neighborhood.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Yuliia! Da es unsere letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug war, kamen wir erst spätabends an und mussten sehr früh aufbrechen. Beides war kein Problem! Außerdem liegt das Haus in perfekter Nähe zum Flughafen, ist geräumig mit einer riesigen Wohnküche, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das Bad war sehr sauber und es gab Duschgel und Shampoo. Yuliia war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Infos versorgt. Außerdem war sie sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder:)

We loved our stay in Palermo. Giovanni’s home was centrally located and we could walk everywhere. His list of tips and treats led us to some great restaurants. It was a perfect holiday:))

спасибо за хороший отдых. в квартире есть все необходимое для отдыха. единственное пожелание, при возможности установить кондиционер и в спальню тоже, одного немного недостаточно при больших температурах. В остальном очень комфортно. Стоит своих денег! При желании вернуться отдыхать на остров, без вопросов вернусь к вам! Спасибо

La localisation de l'hébergement est juste parfaite pour visiter de Cefalù à Mazara. Nino amoureux de son île partage ses bonnes adresses avec générosité. Bref un excellent séjour

La localisation de l'appartement de Maria ne pourrait être meilleure. A 2 pas de la Via Maqueda avec ses restaurants et son animation. Tout est accessible facilement à pied. Et Maria est hyper réactive. L'appartement est un peu sombre mais je suppose que c'est mieux pour garder la fraîcheur en été et grâce à la terrasse on peu profiter de la lumière. Attention toutefois : - pour les sensibles de genous il y a quelques escaliers à monter, quelquefois difficile après avoir crapahuté toute la journée mais c' est ce qui permet d' avoir une si chouette terrasse - pour les sensibles au bruit le fait d'être prèes de l'animation amène forcément du bruit aussi dans l'appartement, des boules quièes peuvent être utiles Dans tous les cas nous y avons passé une très belle semaine et le recommandons fortement.
