My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mike's place - It was perfectly cozy with an amazing hot tub and very usable kitchen. We had to reset the breakers one time and Craig was incredibly responsive in helping us. Checkin and checkout times were made flexible for us, which we greatly appreciated. Would love to come back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Amanda’s place. We just needed a quick get away to relax and it was perfect! The place is in a great location very quiet, beautiful trails to walk on plenty of restaurants to order from and lots of other things to do very close by and the place was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Amanda was a great host and responded immediately to any questions and it was also perfect for our dog who loved the fenced in backyard and really enjoyed the walks on the trails. The hot tub and fire pit were a bonus and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. Overall, a great spot to spend time and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to get away be comfortable and enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer. Brendon’s place was just perfect for a gals weekend getaway! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, played the many fun games in the house, relaxed in the hot tub and enjoyed a night out on the town in nearby Saratoga Springs. 10/10 would stay again!

Came down for a rugby tournament with a group from Kingston ON. This spot was spacious, clean, very nice and up to date. No issues at all! Would love to come back in the summer once the weather is nicer to enjoy the beautiful yard set up they had.

We loved this house! The location is beautiful with a lovely view of the stream. The house was super clean and very nicely decorated. Dan gave us very specific directions for everything. The hot tub was a nice plus. The house is in a neighborhood, but it is nice and quiet. Having only one bathroom on the first floor was a slight inconvenience, but that would be the only negative I can think of.

Location and space worked out perfectly for our little surprise birthday party. Clean, comfortable, spacious. Charming old farmhouse.

I booked Nidhi's place for one night for myself and a guest to attend a show at Bearsville. The placement of everything, inside and outside, created an intentional sense of comfort. My guest arrived after me - without a thought, we ended up at the kitchen table talking for hours before the show. Again, the placement of this conversation spot felt intentional, but only after we found ourselves engaged in it. The outdoor surroundings are utilized to not only accent, but to enhance the indoor setting. The whole experience felt private and safe, and allowed us to share a really precious window of time for reconnection and decompression. In addition to the appealing aesthetics (the chosen blue for that kitchen!), the bedding was a treat to come back to at the end of the night - so inviting and equally comforting to find yourself wrapped up in in the morning. Nidhi so kindly messaged me out of concern for the very high winds we were experiencing (prepared with a generator), but no issue.

A perfect spot to get away for the weekend. First, the view out the front door is top notch. Situated at just the right distance from town, we were able to hike, explore and eat well, and then easily head back to the Airbnb for some R&R. The area was peaceful, the beds were amazing, and the bathroom was fully stocked if we forgot anything. We checked out Saugerties Lighthouse to stretch our legs after travel. We loved breakfast at Josie’s, dinner at Miss Lucy’s and The Dutch, and ice cream at Sawyer’s. We explored some spots on the Hudson River School Art Trail: The Thomas Cole National Historic Site, Kaaterskill Falls, Platt Cove Preserve, and Falling Water Preserve. A perfect Catskills Airbnb that is dog friendly to boot! 10/10.

The a-frame was beautiful! So aesthetic and cozy, my gal friends and I had a wonderful trip. The neighbors are super friendly and Mister, the neighborhood dog, was so cute! He even went on a walk with us. The area was very quiet and rural, definitely the location we needed to relax and restore ourselves in nature! Thank you so much!

We stayed for 4 nights during our mini vacation and found the house to be very comfortable and just what we were looking for. Would stay again in the future.

This was our third time staying here while visiting family and we had a great stay! Our dog loved running in the fenced in yard, and our daughter loved watching from the deck. Always great hosts and a very easy stay!

we are so pleased with our stay with todd and his family! we stayed in one of the cottages and were immediately greeted by their farm cat, hemingway, who charmed us throughout our entire stay. todd was so kind, generous and knowledgeable! we wanted to spend time with his chickens and goats so he organized a whole feeding session and helped us orchestrate our experiences throughout our stay with wonderful recommendations and plans. he was clear that it also would’ve been totally cool if we wanted to stay secluded to our own but we personally wanted to immerse ourselves. the hudson chatham vineyard was highly recommended and we can say it’s definitely a must-visit. he is currently building out even more spaces to stay on his farm and we got to tour around and hear about his exciting plans. we enjoyed the small, private sauna and we did go into the pool although it was april and the water was very cold but nevertheless we would definitely love to come again (and bring friends too)!

Beautiful, comfortable home. Went up for a few days of peace and quiet and got exactly what we were looking for. The cottage is well stocked, clean, and cheerful. Clear instructions made check in/out and getting around the area a breeze. The stream out back burbled like something out of a fairytale and was the perfect background noise for a countryside getaway.

The house was absolutely perfect and was exactly as advertised. Catherine did an amazing job with all the personal touches to the house that made us feel right at home and was super responsive. We would definitely rent her place again. Thank you!!!

My husband and I spent Labor Day weekend here and it was so beautiful and relaxing! The primary bedroom was even bigger than expected and the downstairs was also a great size! Beautiful views of the lake, we spent an entire day on the dock. Also very private, loved getting away for the weekend to recharge before the school year begins! Megan’s place was perfect for our trip back to upstate. We left the air bnb wishing we could just live there as it was perfect for our family. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future

The “Sunset Cottage” felt like a cozy home away from home. An extraordinary lake view from the bay window was the perfect center piece for this modest, quaint escape. Carol and Pete are extremely personable and caring. Their hospitality made this trip a breeze. I highly recommend them and this AirBnB.

We were expecting a peaceful, rustic, laid-back experience, and that's just what we got...and more. The cottage is situated in a lovely setting surrounded by trees, right at the edge of a picturesque brook. The inside was all we could ask for and more. So inviting and clean. Oozing warmth and charm. Every time we needed something, we could find it already supplied. The hosts clearly have thought of everything. We also loved the surrounding area. We spent lots of time in local eateries, checking out the nearby towns, and visiting the dozens of antique shops nearby. We had a wonderful time.
