Staying at Kay and Kamp's place was a dream. Everything that was advertised was actually better than expected. The location was perfect to go walk to parades. Very quiet building and was very easy to access. The apartment was extremely clean and very welcoming. The shower was also amazing. It was a very great introduction to the city of Mobile and Mobile Mardi Gras.

Wonderful home ; responsive host and def was a nice neighborhood. The neighbors all had Halloween themes and the children loved it . I def give 10/10 and would come back anytime . And might I add that host was so responsive that was amazing cause I have had bad experiences with unresponsive host before.

I had an excellent stay. Clifton and his son Damien are kind, respectful, friendly and sweet. Clifton is very thoughtful and made everything possible to make my stay safe and comfortable. From flexible check in and check out, to picking me up and dropping me off to the bus station to helping me with my luggage, a very considerate gentleman indeed. He also showed me around the apartment and its many amenities. Clifton gave me suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment is simple and not fancy but it is very clean, spacious, comfortable and private. Coffee, tea, snacks and popcorn were welcomed extras. The location is central and near a bus to downtown. Also there is a lovely park across the street, as well as some fast food restaurants. The location is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise but it’s quiet starting from the evening and I slept well. Excellent value for money, so if you are traveling on a budget, I highly recommend it. Thank you so much Clifton

This was our third time staying there my dog love it we love it! Y’all added a fountain in the front nice touch and they added a phone charger and lamps by the bed sides nice. We enjoyed our stay lots to do in the area restaurants and bars and only maybe five blocks from Catholic Church and a good coffee shop around the corner. Great Host we know if we needed anything we could call of text and they are very responsive.

We had a great stay! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family of four! It was a short walk to the private beach- which was never crowded! We will definitely book with Cheryl when we vacation again on Dauphin Island.

Great place to stay and looked just like the pictures!!

This place itself was perfect for us. The only downside (and this was MY FAULT) was I didn’t realize it was upstairs. We are an older group and it was a little rough going up and down. BUT this place was near everything you could need. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a great time during our stay.

Everything was great, the area is absolutely beautiful and Sunday morning we got to hear the church bells with the birds chirping in the background. The place was very nice with easy access to everything and I love to cook so the fully stocked cooking utensils was a big plus.

Stayed here for Mardi Gras and it was super easy to walk downtown but not so close that you’re doomed to deal with parade traffic. Would stay again.

Molly was amazing! She was so sweet and very responsive and helpful! The condo was beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!

We’ve stayed at The Dunes before and really like it there. It’s just right for our family. Leslie’s place was just like the other we stayed at. Leslie was helpful and always quick to respond. Would stay there again!

We travel from New Orleans to DI about once a year. This was one of my favorite spots to stay so far! Beautiful, clean condo in great shape with lovely view of gulf. Indoor and outdoor pool were highlights as was pingpong and pickleball courts. Host was proactive and considerate with all communication. Dauphin island is always a peaceful treat and this condo and location were a hit! Thank you.

It had all the items you needed and had a beautiful view. The 4 of us were very comfortable with lots of room.
