Το Παλιό Τσαγκάρικο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Πέτρας, στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό, ανάμεσα στα παλιά αρχοντικά και στους ανθισμένους κήπους, απέναντι από το γραφικό εκκλησάκι των Αγίων Αποστόλων, πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία, 300 μέτρα από την παραλία. Απολαύστε τη θέα του επιβλητικού βράχου της Παναγίας από το όμορφο μπαλκονάκι. Είναι ανακαινισμένο το 2025 και διαθέτει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Gün boyu evimizin hemen hemen her yerinden Ege denizi manzarasının keyfini sürebilir; açık hava mutfağımızda bahçeden topladığınız sebzelerle hazırladığınız salata ve mangal eşliğinde ağaçlar altında enfes manzara ile akşam yemeğinin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

Bahçenin üst kotlarında ve evin önündeki terasta, bir tarafta muhteşem Midilli manzarası, diğer tarafta dağ ve vadi manzarası vardır. Gün içinde uzun doğa yürüyüşleri yapabilirsiniz, 5dk yürüme mesafesinde denize girebilirsiniz. Kuş sesleri dışında ses duymadığınız bir evde uyanmanın keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.
