We booked three nights to accommodate extended family coming from Chicago and Duluth to celebrate my son’s graduation from UMN. This place was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen, open living room area, and deck worked really well for entertaining. We threw a BBQ get together for my son’s friends, a huge success in this great space. The place is very well stocked with everything we needed. We also heated up the sauna each morning to start the day! Emily was very responsive to our every need. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay it was perfect for our girls weekend and the mini fridge was such a nice touch! I also enjoyed the easy checkout truly made us feel like we could enjoy ourselves this weekend!

We stayed for over 6 weeks while house hunting and this place met our needs. Highlights - fenced in yard with a small grassy area for our dogs to enjoy, driveway and garage for keeping our car safe/out of elements, lots of space, modern kitchen and amazing master shower, and the area had a park right around the corner we loved walking to every day. For how long our stay was the kitchen is not super well stocked for cooking, limited drinking ware etc. and the furniture and lighting options are sparse - no table lamps in bedrooms or many seating options for how big the living room is. For my fellow light sleepers - there is a train that goes by all day long into the night/early morning and the blinds let a lot of light in. There are no curtains. The hosts were great at communicating which is always appreciated. All in all this is a really great home especially for larger crowds looking to enjoy the Twin Cities - northeast MPLS is a great middle spot to get to both easily.

We experienced everything that was promised and more. The wooded setting was peaceful and quiet. The screened in deck was a welcome surprise and a great place to enjoy bird songs and wildlife viewing while visiting. Our group was composed of 5 families. Everyone had privacy and ample space for daily living and the gathering spaces were comfy and flexible. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We’re trying to come up with a reason to visit the area again and see if the property is available for another gathering of family and friends.

This is a great spot for a big group! As most have shared, there is so much space to spread out. It’s a fun layout and perfect if you have a group where some like to stay up later than others. It was also a great location, close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. We felt perfectly safe as a group of girls. Alana was great at communicating! Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a view. But wait, more importantly was the quality of the space. Nice and thoughtful touches adorned the home with thoughtful instructions and quality amenities from pots and pans, towels, appliances, linen, furniture and much more. The home was amazing with decor, books, rooms and space to provide comfort and relaxation. I loved how the home ‘felt’ like a lived in home and we were lucky enough to experience it. This is a ‘must’ stay for those with friends and/or family that need the space and great amenities. Including a great play park for kids just a half block away.

Katie and Kurt have a beautiful home! The neighborhood is great, with lots of food options nearby and very walkable. The back deck is so relaxing with great tree coverage. Katie and Kurt were extremely accommodating and fast to respond to messages.

The description of this Airbnb is accurate. If your group likes the sleeping arrangements and can handle the 2nd bathroom being up a steep flight of stairs, you most likely will be happy with this BnB. We certainly enjoyed the lovely walkable neighborhood the hosts mentioned in the description. We took advantage of 3 neighborhood restaurants, the nearby yoga studio and the coffee shop. The hosts worked well with us accepting our ever changing number of people and moving dates. They quickly responded to any questions. Their bulleted instructions were minimal and clear. We would highly recommend this spot for a large number of people.

Maura is a fantastic host! She’s very responsive and flexible. We were in town for a concert at xcel energy center and it was only about a 10 min drive to the venue so the location is wonderful! The home was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

The place was just what it said it was. It was clean, she had fun snacks and drinks for us. Every thing you need is right there and more. She communicated well with me. It was so easy to check in and out. Love it and highly recommend for girls get away.

We had a great stay in this quiet, peaceful home. The wooded surroundings and way the house is set back from the road make it feel like it’s more secluded than it is. We had plenty of space for our family, and everyone fought to use the amazing master shower. Our daughter loved the bunk room. The owners were responsive and proactive when there was a glitch with the keypad lock. Notes for future guests: all mattresses are on the firm side, except the one in the basement, which is the opposite. We heard no road noise. Driveway is hard to find/see at night so watch for the mailbox to guide you.

Had a great time staying at this place over the holidays! Awesome backyard for the dogs, and great location.

Yalda was Great. Great communication. Yalda was communicating with me throughout my stay making sure all needs were met. Highly recommend this place. Close access to highway. Great location, 15 minutes away from Mall of America and minutes from St Paul. Really enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful home with lots of books, games, and art to enjoy. The yard & neighborhood was very dog-friendly with great shops & restaurants nearby. Great kitchen- well stocked and had all the appliances & serving wear you could need. My teen loved his own space in the “basement suite”. Off-street parking was nice & Kristi had great communication throughout. We were very happy with our stay.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

Faith and David were very responsive and easy to get ahold if needed. The home was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend this home to whoever is looking to come to Minnesota and needs a beautiful comfy home for their stay. They were also things for the kids to do also. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were 11 adults and 2 kids. There’s enough space for everybody yet it still feels homey. The place is clean and instructions are easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and made the stay delightful. Amenities are complete and made our stay convenient. 15 mins drive to Mall of America and a few minutes drive to the Eagan Outlet. We would recommend this place to a large group. Would come back if we get a chance!

We needed a place for 3 small families to stay for a larger family event. This place for was perfect! We had more than enough space for all of us! The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities provided like coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lots of towels! The home is three floors so there is privacy, but also plenty of communal space. There were so many little toys provided for children; a pool table, air hockey, a bar area, and tons of books and board games. The home backs up to a park that has tons of open space and is located in a quiet location. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay here! The pool was amazing, and we also enjoyed the sauna, theater room, pool table, arcade games, and the woods behind the house. There was a ton of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication from the host was great, and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay for a girls weekend. There is a great living room we could all spread out in, and huge kitchen, and a hot tub out back. All the beds were conferable and the space was clean. Kitchen is well stocked.

Place was just as described in listing, and the host was very communicative! We had a couple last minute changes and they were super great about working with us on them. We would definitely stay there again when we’re back in the area!

Jeffrey was very friendly! He was so kind in answering all my questions as a first timer with using air bnb. There was an incident that happened later in the evening and he was still able to answer my call to help me figure something out. Such a beautiful home to accommodate our group of 12 people.
