So DO NOT be noisy in our hostel at all times during your stay. 2 - Our room size is NOT THAT BIG(It's 22㎡)! Because of the amazing LOCATION, the housing rate here is REALLY REALLY HIGH. So we are trying to offer the BEST experience with just right room size at the BEST PRICE for you. 3 - The cleaning fee is NOT including daily house keeping. To give you the best living experience, we are using the best bed linen and Hotel Amenities. So in order to offer the best price on Airbnb, the cleaning fee is only for one time. The room is kids friendly. About 450 sqft, the room is an infusion of Japanese style with modern facilities for a comfy stay. We designed the room with love and care for little kids, because we have a little girl too. The room is safe and friendly for little kids. No sharp or pointy spot in the room. Low furniture, but all the plug-ins are highly positioned. And of course, we will try to accommodate any special requests. With all being said above, if you are looking for a spacious place with good shower & A/C in quiet and convenient neighborhood, come stay with us ! *** The room is on the second/third floor, no elevator! ***Laundries can be done at a starting charge of ¥2500 per load( washer & dryer). ***An extra set of futon will be done at a charge of ¥2000 Yen per request.( i.e. 3 pax wants 4 sets, the fourth set will be charged ¥2000 yen) *** The TV in the room is only for YouTube or streaming services if you have an account! This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).
