Milroy Mansion

Our Milroy Mansion sits on quiet street off of Rt 322 just 30 min from State College. The home was renovated between 2022-23 with new flooring, windows, metal roof, and paint inside and out. We are pet friendly. A small part of the yard has been fenced in and a dog run connects to the storage shed. The 10x20 shed has room for storage if needed. The property is minutes from Kish creek a well-known class A trout stream. Great restaurants nearby. Covered porch, gas grill and fire pit.

Surrounded by fields and pasture, and nestled beside the creek you will get to see lots of nature. Honey Creek is a Class A native brown trout stream. Excellent fishing! The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.
