Très bien placé avec de nombreux bus à proximité. L'accueil a été convivial, une personne nous a donné une carte et proposé des lieux de visite. L'appartement était conforme à la description, spacieux et confortable.

What a lovely place to stay! To be honest, we stayed because of the reviews saying it was located in a noisy area full of nightlife! We wanted to be immersed in a vibrant neighborhood and we were not disappointed. So much good energy just steps away. From a giant park with artists and musicians by day to local restaurants and bars with live music by night. So much amazing food! So many wonderful bars. And it really wasn’t loud at night from inside our room. We slept peacefully. The Inn itself was a total delight. Super cute inside with many nice touches such as a wonderfully stocked 24 hr coffee bar and several seating options. We brought back food several times and just enjoyed the common space. The room was adorable, cozy and just perfect for our needs. You cannot beat this location. We walked everywhere within minutes. Close to cable car line so easy to get around if you don’t want to go everywhere on foot. I’d absolutely stay again!

We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

excellente surprise pour cet hôtel. au vu du prix je ne m'attendais pas à tant chambre spacieuse, agréable et surtout propre. c'est également le cas pour la salle de bain le ménage est fait tous les jours ! l'hôtel était calme la salle à manger commune avec cafetière et micro ondes était très pratique et l'on pouvait y rencontrer d'autres voyageurs. a deux pas des Bart, métros, tram et bus, c'est vraiment un lieu que je conseille fortement pour conclure,tous les membres du personnel que j'ai rencontré étaient sympathiques

Been booking this place for a couple of weeks now for some work in Sunnyvale and it’s great for staying for up to a week because of it’s kitchen. Space is also huge!

Jayna’s penthouse is simply lovely!! The place is beautifully decorated, with spectacular views of the bay (including Alcatraz island). Is walking distance from all main attractions. This was the first time for me and my family visiting San Francisco, and Jayna’s place contributed to make it unforgettable!!!

Great place and service!

The value for the price was excellent All common spaces were very clean and modern. The breakfast was fresh and good with a wide variety of offerings. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes. Fresh fruit and much more. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast. We really appreciated the good coffee. It was better than other places we have stayed. This is a great place to stay.

Everything about our stay was great other than the check in process. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the problem resolved but the reservation was somehow under my maiden name instead of my current name that I actually made the reservation under. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but fortunately they were flexible since the reservation name was not identical to the name on my ID. Other than this our stay was great! The gym was much better than your typical hotel gym, the room was spotless and the location was convenient and safe!

Room matches the description and was much larger than I thought it would be! No hidden fees like the rest of San Fran were charging me and parking cost were reasonable. Kalven was very reassuring and helped guide me through the process of booking his place. Thank you for a lovely stay mate, appreciate it!

Lovely stay for a great rate during a very busy conference that took over the city. Older building with lots of character, yet clean and comfortable with just the right amount of amenities.

The area has decayed over the past years, but the stay was great. The staff was very helpful and had good recommendations. We were in suite Nr. 10, on the first floor, which was noisy due to its closeness to the entrance to the building and the elevator, but other than that, everything was fine. I will be back and can recommend it to others.

Quality is as nice or nicer than some hotels you might stay at in the area based on some reviews I’ve seen. There was some live music playing at night at one point outside when I was there, but it didn’t seem to last long enough to impact my sleep. Instructions were clear and I used the storage room for luggage because I needed it for my early check-in.

Had everything we needed for a quick stay and was within walking distance of a lot of attractions !
