Midtown - Downtown, Columbia: aluguel por temporada com terraço

Loved this place! One of our favorite Airbnb’s so far! Very clean, and could walk to Township auditorium. We stayed 2 nights for a concert and it was perfect, in between restaurants and a close drive to Roverbanks zoo! Will stay here again if in Columbia!

We had a great stay being hosted and cohosted by Sarah and Kiana! The area was peaceful and very close and walkable to Kroger grocery store. The place was decorated very simple but beautiful just like the pictures.Our only two complaints 1-the outdoor space out back could use touching up with more cleanliness of the patio furniture 2- There’s nearby demo of a large building/structure just down the street that started really early in the morning …Not the fault of the hosts of course just a bit noisy is all.Overall the stay was just what we needed 🩷

Let me start by saying this is my FIRST AirBNB experience. I went down to check out a few homes for sale and needed a place close by. My original hotel was not ok and I reached out to Kamilah for a possible check in the same day. She was so friendly, kind, and responsive! We ended up booking right away (me, my kids, and our dog). It was a bit confusing for me checking in because I never had to use a keypad before, but the host was quick to respond and explained it to me. After that, we realized how amazing this place was! It’s a wonderful location. Anything you need is within a block. Food, gas, grocery, etc. There’s a huge shopping plaza a few minutes away. I needed access to the highways quite a bit, and this place was minutes from the highways, too. It was very kid and dog friendly! Residents were very kind, too. Amenities, like the pool and playground, were a huge hit with my family! We absolutely LOVED our stay! We thank Kamilah so much for the last minute booking! It was amazing!

I felt right at home here for my extended stay. I had absolutely everything I needed and more. The back yard was perfect for my pups and Robin was so easy to reach. Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Perfect size for 1-2 people, well laid-out - you can tell Jillian really cares about the experience! Location is quiet and easy to get to. Needed to add a day to my stay and Jillian was super-responsive and glad to help out. Clean top-to-bottom, and well-appointed. Definitely on my return list when I visit :)

1730 on Main, #201 was gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful and modern. Very spacious. The security of the building was great and a very important and impressive feature for us. The host was amazing and extremely knowledgeable, helpful, flexible and kind. We would recommend this place for sure!

The host was very responsive all hours of the day. The place was clean and well decorated in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything was great! Very clean and close to a good coffee shop and grocery store. Host was proactive and helpful.

This is a very nice little place with full sized, washer (with detergent), dryer, fridge, dishwasher (with detergent), and range, with a nice stock of table service and cookware. There was also a Keurig coffee maker with several blends of coffee and creamer and sugar. I only found one outlet in the living room, so you may want to bring an extension cord if you need more flexibility than that. The bedside lamp included two USB charging pots and one 110v outlet. Beware of the table, as a warm, damp box of Bojangles chicken started to stick to the table because of the finish.

This was my second time at Jennifer’s and again it was without fail that everything was wonderful. She supplied all the needed essentials, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, detergent. You think of and it was available. The consistency in how and what she provides is incredible. Home away from home makes for a great relaxing experience. Thank you for all that you do.

Russell was an awesome host and the Peach Pad was a great place to stay! The house is super cute and the beds were very comfy. It was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Russell was very accommodating and allowed an early check in after we traveled all morning. The neighborhood is fun and walkable with a Publix right around the corner for necessities. Would definitely stay here again!! 10/10!

5 Stars I stayed at Rayne and Palmer’s place for a full month, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It felt like a true home away from home. Rayne was incredibly communicative and thoughtful throughout the stay—always available when needed but never intrusive. Check-in was smooth, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and all the essentials were provided. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how everything was maintained—from trash and recycling to pest control and lawn care. It’s clear that they care about their guests having a great experience. If you’re considering a longer-term stay, I highly recommend this property. Thanks again for hosting us so graciously!

The bed was so comfy! It was just me but I felt safe and sound in the home and area. Sandra was very helpful and welcoming.

We checked in late in the evening. The check-in process was smooth. We were given a code to get in the door. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for us as we were in town for Graduation from Bsic Training. We were a short 15 minute or less drive from Ft. Jackson. There were a few snacks on the counter, my kids really enjoyed them. I felt like the kitchen could have used another sauce pan or two, but we made due with what we had available. My soilder requested homemade chicken alfredo with Fettuccine and it requires a few pans. The beds were very soft and comfortable! All in all, we had a great experience!

I Would book again if I’m back in town. Such a beautiful and comfortable place. We had everything we need as well as feeling secure and private. Close to all the stores I needed as well as them being within walking distance.

Great place to stay if you are visiting Columbia. Easy to get everywhere, clean, bright apartment. We had a minor issue with one of the windows and the host was super responsive and came over to fix it. Very nice owner and it was a pleasure to stay at his place. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very easy to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Will try and book again if we’re ever back in the area.

The home was wonderful. I truly appreciate the extra touches, such as makeup wipes and toilet spray in each bathroom. It's the little things. There were plenty of extra linens; most places do not provide. She also left a few snacks as a welcome gift, and after a 13 hour drive with my boys, they really enjoyed that. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home while on such an important trip.

Came in clutch on a USC Gameday weekend. Located on the 7th floor so very private. Parking in a gated lot also made it feel very secure. Would stay again! Thank you!

Excellent place to stay. Clean modern place to stay. Three flights of stairs if someone isn’t able to walk might be a challenge. There are emergency vehicles you do hear at night. Overall a great place to stay and would book again if I’m in the area!

We had an excellent stay at Bob's property. It was clean and updated with nice furnishings. The screened in porch looking at the nature was great and so peaceful. The kitchen is well equipped and master bed and pillows were very comfortable! Thank you :)
