A 7-min drive to Riverside Green line “D” subway stop into Boston (parking available), or commuter rail stops (Auburndale, Wellesley & Kendal Green Stations). It's a 20-minute drive to Amtrak's "Route 128" station to NYC and points south.

Our location is only 1.2 miles from Tuffs University and 2.4 from Harvard University. It is in the middle of North Cambridge, Somerville, and Medford. You could walk to Davis Square or to downtown Arlington and will find plenty of good restaurants and coffee places to explore. It is only 3 minutes to public transportation, bus that connects with Red line in the MBTA subway system. Our residential neighborhood is young and vibrant, and excellent point to explore Boston and surrounding towns.

Peaceful Country Home, Dover, Ma: Private Entrance

Graceful country oasis in a renovated 125 year old historic home, 35 minutes driving time from downtown Boston. (Important-stair climbing required to reach bedroom suite.) I welcome quiet, mature guests as this is a very peaceful (non-party)environment. We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

The suite allows maximum of two pets per reservation for $50 per a pet. Our guests privacy starts from check in to check out with private entrance. The living room has mini library for guests, a 65 inch smart TV with high speed Internet and complimentary YouTubeTV local channels. The suite has a mini kitchen with mini refrigerator, freezer, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. It also has stocked cabinet utensils, cleaning supplies, linen closet and electric pump air mattress if necessary.

Water front cabin-like guest suite on a quiet pond

Our home is located on a wooded lot overlooking a pristine kettle pond. Access to our home requires ascending a long but gradual set of stairs followed by a second set of stairs to the entrance of the guest suite. The two room suite has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and mini frig. There is a French press, coffee bean grinder, tea, cups, dishes and flatware in the cupboards. It does not have a full kitchen ( no stove/ no kitchen sink)

Off the beaten path but only 5 min. to Rte 2, Rte 495, and Boston commuter rail. Drive times w/o traffic: 45 min. Boston, 20 min. Lowell/ Rte 3, Burlington, Bedford, Nashua 30 min.

Tucked into the slope of Vaughn Hill on 3 wooded acres, the entire lower level of our home is yours to enjoy. Cozy 2-bedroom unit with “the BEST BEDS at an Air BNB ever!" to quote one guest. Visit Nashoba Valley Winery (5 min away), get coffee at Harvard General Store (8 min), go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Our backyard wood-fired sauna is available by request at $20 per firing*
