Plus it's just 8 minutes to Soho Farmhouse gate too. The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene cottage. Nestled between the hustle and bustle of Oxford and the beauty and calm of The Cotswolds, the Cottage provides a newly refurbished home from home to stop, relax and explore the surrounding area: Blenheim Palace and Woodstock (7.5 miles), Soho Farmhouse (8 miles), Bicester Village (8.5 miles) and Clarkson's Diddly Squat Farm (12 miles). The Cottage sleeps up to 2 with a king sized bed (and additional sofa bed in the downstairs living room).

We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

The building is tucked in the corner of the old farmyard in a secluded spot and has a small south facing patio area perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening sun. Duns Tew is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and is within 30 mins of Oxford, Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.

It has a small private garden situated in a stunning private courtyard setting. It’s a gateway to the Cotswolds in luxury accommodation, close to Blenheim, Daylesford, Diddly Squat & Silverstone. Up Above - Detatched contemporary village retreat

Light & airy detached loft style accommodation. It has a double bed, small kitchenette with toaster, kettle, complimentary tea/coffee/milk, WiFi/Smart TV. The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

The Bothy - luxury one bedroom country cottage

The Bothy is a refurbished one-bedroom cosy cottage with en-suite bathroom set in a peaceful countryside setting. Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12.
