Acorn Cottage Barn is delightful. Helen is a lovely host: most friendly and welcoming. The location is splendid with lovely places to visit nearby but also some splendid neighbours i.e. wildlife: pheasants, hares, and the deer were beautiful. The Barn has everything you need and is well laid out. Really looking forward to going back.

Another lovely stay at Julie's cottage. It is the best AirBnb we have stayed at, which is why we keep returning. Julie is an excellent host and adds some lovely touches to make you feel welcome. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful, peaceful location, lovely local walks. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for us to stay whilst attending a wedding at St Peters Hall, Chris recommended very good taxi company for us to use too. Georgie the dog was a welcome visitor! Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast with beautiful views. The breakfast items were a lovely touch.

Perfect getaway. Secluded, but not far from anywhere. Modern, with a country feel and perfect hosts who leave lovely touches from personalised soaps and jams to gourmet apple juice! 5 stars, would give it more if l could!

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay in the Suffolk countryside. The cottage made the perfect base to explore the local area with great recommendations for local food, drink and things to do. The sauna and hot tub helped to create a relaxing few days and we hired a massage which gave us a chilled few days. We also really appreciated the hot tub chemical check and that we could bring our fur babies. Thank you,

Perfect Stay at Helen’s, We had a very relaxing long Easter weekend at the Barn with my elderly parents and we even brought our kitten! Helen was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond to secure the cat flap so our kitten couldn’t escape! The garden was glorious with long sweeping views over the English countryside. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location. There were fabulous trail runs from the gate which we enjoyed at the start of every day. We would highly recommend a stay here.

The house as just what we wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday with family. Peter was very helpful and allowed us to check in early due to a family car emergency and he even recommend a local garage to help. Everything we needed was included plus a lovely breakfast pack , biscuits and wine.

I cannot recommend The Granary highly enough. Becky and Joe responded immediately to any questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The countryside and villages around Groton were stunning in the spring sunshine. The house itself was spotless and tastefully appointed, with lots of beautiful touches, such as fresh flowers. The house contained everything you may need. Beds were large and really comfortable with beautiful bed linen. A lovely hamper awaited our arrival containing freshly baked bread and scones. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Inside is so much bigger than what it looks like from the photos. It has a lovely cozy feeling. Our stay was so peaceful, we loved our night away. The hot tub was amazing. Katie the host is so lovely. She’s so helpful with anything you might need. We will definitely be back for another stay 😊

Such a lovely stay at Emma’s. A really good base for exploring North Norfolk. Very clean, quiet and really comfortable. The welcome tray was great for putting together a breakfast, WiFi was excellent and Emma was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Exactly the beautiful and peaceful stay that we were looking for. The facilities were immaculate and Cathanne provided a very informative guest book and friendly hosting. We left wishing we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely place with plenty of space and large kitchen, bedroom as well as enclosed garden for the dog. Lots of things to do near, with beaches and walks our highlights Village maid does excellent food, was a shame/ slightly strange that no pubs were open on Sunday evening. Also ate at Ingham Swan which was lovely. Seal viewing is a must!

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

We loved staying in 'Fortune Paddocks' Barn in Alpington. It was everything we'd hoped for, which was a warm and cozy barn, in a picture perfect countryside location. The barn had everything we needed and was immaculately clean, with a welcoming homely atmosphere. The host Hayley was lovely to communicate with. Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

This is the best airbnb we have stayed at. it was absolutely stunning inside and full of character. The hosts were amazing and we were grateful of the added extras inside such as fruit, wine and essentials. we would definitely like to return again and fully recommend this Airbnb as a 5 star staycation

We had the most amazing relaxing stay at Little Tern and we are already planning our next visit! The place was so homely and comfortable, had everything we needed and the bed was beyond comfortable. It was only a few minutes walk to the most gorgeous beach as well as a shop, fish and chip shop and a pub nearby too. We can’t wait to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 adjoined cottages as it gave extra space and privacy too. The games room is inspired - a refuge for older children or adults with table tennis, table football, a radio and outdoor games but an independent goal for our toddlers too with gocarts and balls. Walking routes from the door meant no travelling by car for us so we'll have to visit again to see some of the many sights we've yet to visit! There are quite a lot of stairs between all the cottages which the children loved but put their parents on guard! The views the hillside afforded though were magnificent. And the animals on the working farm were a source of delight. Well equipped, Kate was on hand should we have any queries.

we had an incredible stay at Marion's place. it was probably the cleanest Airbnb we've stayed in. the place was done to a really high standard too. it was peaceful and quiet and well worth what we paid. thank you for such a lovely stay

Wir waren schon in vielen Airbnb‘s aber dieses hat wirklich alles übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und waren schon fast ein bisschen traurig die Unterkunft schon so schnelle wieder verlassen zu müssen. Alles war geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall sehr gerne diese Unterkunft wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. 🫶🏻

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Wow! Five stars just isn’t enough. The Goat Barn was an amazing find. The hosts Sam and Bruce go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to provide a clean and comfortable holiday home. The goodies provided were very welcome. The cottage had everything we needed and was modern, warm and welcoming. Sitting outside in the garden eating our breakfast surrounded by goats and sheep was idyllic. We are already looking for an excuse to return. Thank you Sam and Bruce.
