We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and we pretty much had everything we needed for the week. Emily was always very good about communicating. The outdoor showers were a favorite. The kids loved the pool and the deck was the perfect place to relax. The screened in porch made the perfect spot for breakfast/coffee. So many beach toys available and the bunk house is super cute. Beds are very comfortable. Only downside was the lighting isn’t great but that wasn’t really a problem for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with my family, as the location offered proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The presence of a police station and fire department directly across from our accommodations ensured our safety and security. The kids had a great time using the pool and pool table. The place was clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Place is the perfect size for a bigger group with a good amount of beds and the big living room couch. The private pool was a nice addition as well and a huge backyard. Good walking distance to the beach.

Karen gave my family and I such a wonderful and stress free vacation from the moment we booked and beyond! She was very kind and reached out personally mutiple times to not only check on us but to even help excite us for the vacation. Her response time was immaculate! The house was also just like the pictures and we enjoyed all the amenities! What a deal for all the fun things to do under one roof! Even us older "kids" found ourselves on the trampoline and shooting hoops by the pool! The massage in the jacuzzi was the perfect ending to every night! This is our second time staying with Meredith and we absolutely love everything about our stays here. We travel to the area at least once a year and Meredith will always be our #1 option when we are in town. Great location, the home is perfect for us with 4 adults and 2 kids and communication is always top notch. Highly recommend!

We loved our spring break stay! Everything was pristine and beautifully decorated. The home was well stocked. The area is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The community pool was wonderful and was never crowded. We ended up renting the golf cart as well and we loved it. There wasn’t much traffic so it was easy for us to get around. All the places we ate at were wonderful and worth the money spent. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is a time difference between Mexico Beach and Port St Joe, with PSJ being one hour ahead. So we just had to plan accordingly to go eat and go to the grocery store.

This was a cozy home in a great neighborhood. Very walkable with a pool almost across from the house. The beach is a 10 minute walk or a short bike ride. Beach was incredible. Clean bathrooms and facilities. The house is spacious and clean. The 30A area is a true gem. This home is a great location to explore it all. I stayed an entire month and looking forward to returning next year.

Aimee’s bungalow could not have been more perfect for a relaxing couples getaway for my husband and myself and our two best friends! Location was so nice, close to the beach and easily accessible to Alys/Rosemary! We got ample usage from provided bikes, beach towels and chairs, and we are very grateful for those provisions! The house is decorated perfectly and felt cozy and chic. We spent a lot of time in the dreamy backyard oasis, it was all divine. Thank you, Aimee!

We had a wonderful stay!! Our first family vacation to PCB and the house met all of our needs. The house was fully equipped with plenty of towels and kitchenware. The golf cart was perfect for heading to the beach or running to the local grocery store. The location was so close to an uncrowded and beautiful beach. And the host, Kiersten, was extremely responsive.

House was better than described…I have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this hike was by far the best value…We will be returning. Great house, great location. We loved our stay!!!

We loved our short stay here! It was perfect for our little trip with our corgi, he loved having an outdoor space even though we didn’t leave the house without him. Host was super responsive and very helpful. The people staying next door were also amazing so kind and even helped us when we had car troubles.

Our stay with Crotty & Co. in PCB was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and beautifully decorated, and its location was perfect. It was private and peaceful, yet not too far of a drive to downtown. It was a very short walk to the public beach access 95, and a 2 minute drive to Publix. Camp Helen was 5 minutes away. Conservation Park was 10 minutes away. My kids absolutely loved the private pool with the lights at night! Bayou Bills Crab House is right down the road and was excellent. We had an amazing stay!

I can’t speak highly enough of this house and the hosts. The pictures are what you get, and it’s beautiful. Fully equipped with what you need, clean and so much space. Plenty of amenities. Personally I liked staying a little out of Seaside, but still close enough to walk to the main center. The beach across the street is amazing. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean and conveniently located with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed having our own pool as well as having access to the large resort-like community pool. Only 2mins from beach in the included golf cart.

We spent the month of March at Joe’s place and had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about the house and location. There are many good restaurants and lots of good golf courses very near by. The golf cart was a great benefit to have even though the beach access is only a 5 minute walk. Joe was always very responsive and great at checking in to see if we were enjoying our stay. Joe’s place is very clean and he has a very well stocked kitchen with every utensil and pots and pans and dishes that you would need. Our 4 grand children spent a week with us and they loved the bunk beds and the basketball hoop and all the beach toys. It’s a beautiful area and plenty to do near by. We very highly recommend staying at Joe’s place and we will definitely stay here again.

We've been vacationing along 30A almost two decades, and this our favorite home and location to date. Easy access to the beach, quiet neighborhood, super quick golf cart trip to Cowgirl Kitchen, gorgeous home, and a private pool. It smells and looks brand new. :)

Kelly and Sandy’s place was great! It’s just a few minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is just like the pictures. Lots of things to do in the area. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. They also live close by, so if you need them, they’re just minutes away to help! Overall, it was a great place. I highly recommend. And will definitely come back!
