Metropolitan City of Bologna: aluguel por temporada com tomada para carro elétrico

Abbiamo trascorso il weekend di Pasqua a Villa Pallegoria e siamo rimasti entusiasti. La casa è su un colle a Monte San Pietro, immersa nella natura con una vista spettacolare. L’ultimo tratto di strada è sterrato, ma facile da percorrere e ne vale la pena per la tranquillità che si trova. La villa è piccola ma ben organizzata: salotto, cucina, bagno e camera da letto, tutto ristrutturato e arredato con gusto. Il vero punto forte è il patio coperto con tende che riparano dal sole e dal vento, perfetto per colazione o pranzo all’aperto. Il giardino è ampio e tranquillo, non completamente recintato, noi eravamo con il cane e non ci sono stati problemi. La zona è ideale per passeggiate nella natura. Monte San Pietro è vicino se si vuole visitare il paese. Daniela, l’host, è super gentile e disponibile, rispondendo subito a ogni richiesta e portandoci ciò che mancava per il barbecue. Un posto perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi la natura!

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per un mio ospite che è stato benissimo. Posizione comoda, facilità di accesso. Host assolutamente gentili e disponibili ( anche dopo una mio errore di comunicazione, si sono dimostrati gentili e comprensivi)

Grazia çok dost canlısıydı. Girişten önce valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdi. Ev çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın bir mesafedeydi.

Sono stato soddisfatto della casa di Giuseppe. Ottima la pulizia, facile da raggiungere ed in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro ( anche a piedi). Ottima la disponibilità di Giuseppe.

We had an amazing stay in Alberto's place (Anna's apartment and Alvaro's apartment). Alberto was so responsive and helpful when it came to planning our trip to Modena to go to Osteria Francescana. We had two great nights in the town with wonderful food recommendations from Alberto. The apartments were great value, comfortable and spotlessly clean. I deal for our large group of ten people. The location was perfect too - a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the centre and near all the great bars and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Modena!

Die Wohnung von Ilaria ist wie beschrieben und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation war nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und Ilaria war so lieb es uns per Post zu schicken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und deshalb angenehm ruhig. Der Park vor der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen.

It was a pleasure for us to stay some days at this fantastic place. Maris Luisa is the best host we have ever met, she is truly open-minded and lovely. She helped a lot during our stay with her friendly attitude and great communication. The house is also superb, with fantastic construction and pinned with so many amazing arts and paintings. We definitely recommend this place for everybody!

Excellent location for peace and quiet and relaxation. we were well accommodated and friendly host only added to the great experience.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in dem Haus von Veronica am Suviana See. Das Haus ist überaus idyllisch gelegen und war für uns der perfekte Ort um einige Tage in der Natur zu entspannen. Das Haus verfügt über eine umfangreiche Ausstattung und war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist perfekt für diejenigen, die die Natur lieben und Spaziergänge im Grünen machen. Wir möchten uns bei Veronica für die zuvorkommende und freundliche Art bedanken und werden an unseren Aufenthalt in Badi gerne zurückdenken.

SPARisio was our base for our exploring holiday and it was perfect. It's secluded, but easy to find. Sasso Marconi is 15 mins away with many restaurants, shops, and a larger supermarket if the Coop in Vado is closed. Silvana and Alberto were very friendly and accommodating hosts, with plenty of recommendations. They live in the house in between the 2 Airbnb’s, so are always around if needed. The property itself is beautiful; amazing views and well equipped with everything you could need, from the pool and sports equipment to the cooking utensils and sunbed towels. There is a washing machine, but this is shared with the other Airbnb on the estate, and the hosts, which is worth bearing in mind. The pool area is lovely with loads of inflatables and volley balls, sunbeds, sofas and shade. There is no dishwasher, and I couldn’t find washing-up gloves in the supermarkets, so come prepared if you have gel nails! Overall, this is a great property, in a stunning location. Highly recommend.

After having stayed at AirBnB properties all over the world (from Mexico to Malaysia) my wife and I agreed that this was one of the best. The property was in a wonderful part of rural Italy, within easy access to major centers such as Bulogna and Florence as well as many smaller and very attractive market towns. The place itself was very clean and well equipped with a well stocked welcome package of necessities ( milk, eggs, butter, bread, as well as wine, coffee and tea.) There is a local supermarket and several restaurants within easy reach which Guido and Claudia were able to recommend . We spent a wonderful 8 days there and our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Bill and Fiona

Perfect place to stay along the Via Degli Dei. Right on the path and next to restaurant and shop. Red was super helpful and gave lots of information, he went out of his way to ensure our safe onward journey the following day. We would definitely recommend this place

Très bon logement pour un voyage business. À 25 min de Bologne en voiture, pratique proche de l’autoroute. Les hôtes sont réactifs et agréables et le logement est impeccable ! Je recommande

L''alloggio, situato al piano terra è conforme alla descrizione e alle foto, molto pulito e ben attrezzato. Il posto auto il cortile adiacente alla porta d'ingresso è molto utile. Buona comunicazione con i proprietari che non abbiamo conosciuto ma che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili e pronti a fornirci molte informazioni. Lo consigliamo!

Antonella’s is a clean little flat and it’s cozy. She was very responsive over message and gave very clear instructions that we had no trouble finding the place at all. She and her husband were super helpful when we flicked a wrong switch and sounded an alarm, they dealt with it right away. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy flat for their stay in Modena.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Annalisa is a very responsive and caring host. She organised taxi transfers for us, supplied an extra set of keys and was always available for questions or requests. She could not have done more to make our stay so good. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms with each having an ensuite. The beds are very comfortable and towels (very soft), toiletries etc. are all supplied. There was a lovely welcome package of pastries and a bottle of local wine and things to do. Also the there was a big bowl of sweets. These are the details that are delightful. In the kitchen apart from the usual crockery and utensils there was a comprehensive selection of jams, condiments, coffee, oils, the list goes on. The location of the apartment is fantastic, a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bologna with just about everything within a 5 to 10 minute walk, restaurants and bars and of course all the cultural sights including the whispering walls which is highly recommended. Great value for money all round .
