PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you will enjoy total privacy as you take in the spectacular bush views of our 1 bedroom guest house (completely separate to the main residence). Whether you simply need some respite and a place to rest and relax, or are looking to explore and adventure, our Bush Retreat is the perfect destination.

The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Fully self contained one bedroom cottage close to transport, Parramatta CBD, restaurants, sporting venues, pubs and clubs via the new light rail. Only 6km from Homebush Olympic Precinct. A pretty garden setting with access to pool and outdoor entertaining areas. We have a sofa bed in the lounge room for extra accommodation and a portable cot on request. A fully provisioned laundry and kitchen with coffee maker and all glassware, plates, bowls, pots and pans. Towels and linen provided.
