If you are renting a car, please let us know so that we can plan ahead. We will do our best to accommodate last minute parking permit requests but given these are issued by the City, we cannot guarantee it. Please keep in mind this permit is for parking within ANC1A area only (Columbia Heights and Park View neighborhoods). A map of the ANC1A area is included in the house photos for your reference. This permit does not allow you to park for free on metered spaces. We advise you to read all parking signs carefully to avoid being issued a parking ticket. The host is not responsible for paying parking tickets. There will not be a paper copy of the permit issued. The City has started an electronic permit system as of August 2025. There is no fee for obtaining the permit.
