Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The Big House By The Sea

Wake up to the sounds of the waves in this ocean front oasis. Home offers 3 levels, each floor offering magnificent views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises. Lg sundeck on 2nd floor perfect for sunbathing. Home has been tastefully decorated and remodeled with all new furniture, fixtures, and much more. Home offers private beach access. Close to Starbucks, many restaurants, ice cream shop and only a 7min drive to Downtown Melbourne. There’s a 2nd unit attached to this property that also rents.

Majestic River Gardens

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (some in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 4 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
