Enjoy a very private experience at this newly built centrally-located home. located in the lake district of Camden. Moments from hiking trails, set back on the hillside across from Megunticook Lake, and watch the lake sparkle between the trees. Soaking bath, firepit, beautiful walks. This is our private home which we only put up when we are away for work or travel. We move our most personal belongings but please note things like closets still contain our clothes, pantry goods & such remain.

We recently renovated to provide more privacy for guests traveling as two couples or w/families. We pride ourselves in creating a level of hospitality that may often be overlooked. If you leave an item or two behind, we likely have you covered for basic amenities, you will truly get lost in the comfort of this little cottage!

Dockside Oasis

Relax on the dock and awake to the sound of loons and the stillness of the morning light on Norton Pond. This unique cottage promises all the modern comforts of home with the authentic Maine lakeside experience. We renovated our lakefront home in 2021 top to bottom - highlights include a jotul gas fireplace for chilly evenings, a gourmet kitchen, a large dock with kayaks and canoe, Lincolnville General Store just a short stroll away, beaches, hiking, shopping and superb dining all nearby.

Hosmer Pond Lake House

Our cute Lake House is encased by the beautiful hills and forests of The Camden Snow Bowl, a small and local ski resort. It is located on the waterfront of the beautiful Hosmer Pond, just short of a mile from The Camden Snow Bowl and a 5-10 minute drive from the towns of Rockport and Camden. This spot yields something for anyone, whether that is a visit to the Rockport Harbor, our favorite coffee shop or the town of Camden, it is also a great spot to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.

Hobb’s House - Year Round Log Cabin on the Water

Cozy 2 Beds, 1 pullout sofa bed, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Log Cabin with water/mountain views on Hobb’s Pond. Relax on the dock, grill, canoe (1)/kayaks (2)/swim during the day and relax with your streaming services on the smart TV at night. 5min drive to the Camden Snow Bowl for ski/snowboard during the winter. Ice skate on the pond. Rent out a boat during your stay. 13 min drive to downtown Camden for great restaurants and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Close proximity to hiking trails!

Cottages at Oakland Seashore (Cottage #8)

Nestled on 70 acres of oceanfront property in Rockport, Maine, the cottages at Oakland Seashore are the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, vacation with friends, or a family gathering. Formerly the Oakland Seashore Motel & Cabins, I recently purchased the property and have decided to rent a few of the cottages this summer and fall on a weekly basis. Reminiscent of a bygone era, these cottages are simple and provisioned with the basics, but have the most remarkable ocean views.

A short drive from the coastal village of Camden and two hours from Acadia National Park, Hope is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

Little Apple Cabin on 5 acres, amazing stargazing!

Little Apple Cabin is a private tiny cabin on five wooded acres, created for guests who want quiet, space, and deep rest. Surrounded by trees and farmland, it’s a simple, intentional place to slow down, sleep well, and enjoy Maine without crowds or noise. The cabin features a king bed on the main level, a cozy wood stove, and a wrap-around cedar deck for coffee, reading, and stargazing. Camden and Rockland are about 25 minutes away, and Belfast is about 30 minutes.
