The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

The second fully renovated studio (our first property is named "ILAKATI House, Megalo Horio village, Tilos Island"). Located in the heart of the quiet village of Megalo Horio, this studio style house comprises of a double and single bed with the option of an extra mattress ideal for a couple or small family. Incorporated in the house is the newly fitted kitchen and attached bathroom. Outside there is one big terrace with stunning views of Eristos bay and mountains all around.
