Marina’s home is cozy and comfortable with necessary facilities. The environment is quiet and beautiful, and the location is very convenient to walk around at the Thames riverside and the fields or to enjoy in Haven Recreation Centre. Haven Holiday Park is a nice place must be recommended. A nice place to enjoy the nature. Nice sunrise and sunset.

Very responsive and friendly host, caravan is right next to the sea front and a minute walks from the entertainment. Neighbours were friendly, Very clean and spacious. Will definitely be booking again 👍

Tyler was always happy assist with any queries we had about he guests stay and proactively responsive with messages and information that made it as smooth and as an easy process as possible. Recommendations and further assistance was provided and a great host we will use again in the future.

We had a fantastic weekend, the outdoor area was amazing we were very lucky with the weather! The hot tub and pool were great and it was handy having an outside fridge/shower/toilet to save treading water inside the house. Outside furniture was very comfortable. Bedrooms were comfy and bathrooms lovely, didn't use the living area much due to the nice weather but the sofas were comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and easy to use, plenty of glassware/crockery etc. The property looks exactly like the photos, we felt very much at home and are already talking about returning in the future! Also the nearby pub which is maybe a 1 minute walk away is really lovely, friendly staff, good food, good drinks and nice little beer garden - definitely worth a visit.

POSITIVE FEEDBACK: Karen's place is beautiful and easy to find. She gave us detailed instructions how to check in and check out. Very smooth... The place has basic of everything you need . I cannot ask for more. Its a good place to spend holiday if you want to go on Caravan. Not really A Negative feedback but it could be better: The door on the bathroom locks by itself and cannot be opened quickly during our stay until we have find a DIY remedy to avoid the door locking by itself. The only issue I have is , the host charging me for the damage fee that I am not aware or sure if I was the one caused the damage under the bed or the previous people.I was there to spend a holiday not look or check under the bed. I rented the place to sleep, shower and spend my holiday in the liesure club. So if the bed has a damage underneath even before I check in or after I check out , I would not know because I was not there to investigate the whole place. I'm on HOLIDAY! I have no time for that
