I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

Absolutely fabulous!! What a perfect place! The location is superb, just enough out of the way to be quiet and see all the stars, yet close enough to the cities and transportation to get anywhere you need without a fuss. Plus the pool and the gardens!! What a fantastic treat! Alex was so wonderfully accommodating and helpful! She had all the little niceties, especially for a family, that made our stay just a little bit easier. Super clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better host or accommodations!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cantwara celebrating my father’s 70th birthday with family. Frances was friendly and made sure the house was set up for our needs. Thank you for the Prosecco to start of our celebrations. The home had everything we needed and space for us all to have a comfortable stay.

Perfect for what we needed! An escape from the city. Peaceful surroundings and lots to do at the house (sauna, zip wire, badminton nets, football goals, etc)

Sarah was an Amazing host and I couldn't have asked for a better host or a more wonderful house. Sarah's home was stunning and was so lovely to be near a wonderful big park.

Wow! What a beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice. Stunning kitchen, lots of space for everyone, big garden, comfy beds, well equipped and in a great location to explore Kent with the kids - 30 mins from both Diggerland and Kent safari, 15 mins from the big supermarkets in Ashford, lovely walks, close to pub and cute village shop. Loved every minute of our stay.

amazing stay at David’s - would highly recommend for a group. Really close to the station but also lots of car parking. Hot tub was a great plus. Rooms and space inside was really generous - great kitchen to cook in en masse. David was unbelievably quick at responding and also let us extend check out if needed.

It’s a beautiful 4-bedroom house which sleeps 10. It has a very large airing dining room at the front and large, but cosy, panelled sitting room at the back with fully working hearth with logs provided. Large bathroom with walk-in shower and free standing bath. Just walk down the steps through the gardens opposite to catch the train to Southend. We had 3 cars and parked the 3rd free 30 seconds away. There’s a few little DIY jobs that need addressing but it does didn’t deter from our stay in this beautiful house.

Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

Fabulous stay, home from home. Will definitely be returning and no hesitation in recommending to others. Nikki made us very welcome.

Great lodge, small and beautiful. Garden was massive and things to do for children. Warm inside and beds was very comfortable, such a lovely relaxing lodge. Host was amazing was available to communicate and was happy for me to have my hen ladies there. Only 1 annoying part was the dirt road leading up too gate. As u wouldnt realise to go up it.. easy to miss. BUT still 10/10.. cant wait to go back for a nice night away.

We had a wonderful time and the pods were amazing, well kept and modern within a small but cute wooden frame. The area is gated and on a farm thus is lovely and peaceful, we will definitely be going back to try one of the other pods with an upstairs for our children. If you want a peaceful family get away or base this is perfect. If you like Glamping and like cute designed pods this will be perfect for you.

We loved our time spent at the lodge. It is easy to locate if you follow directions left by Julie. Everything was clean and tidy . The lodge has a lovely cosy feel. The hot tub was great. We did plan to go out for a meal at a restaurant near by but decided not to as we just want to spend our time in the lodge! Definitely recommend, thank you Julie

We had a fantastic one night break here. the Cabin was incredibly warm and cosy, and the temperature of the heating was adjustable and kept us happy throughout the evening. The amenities were perfect for what we needed, and the surroundings (a quiet but functioning fruit farm) was enjoyable to watch from inside the cabin. The grounds although closed to guests were available for us as guests to have a stroll around and they were even picturesque at the time of year we visited (February). We would absolutely visit again. Thanks for accomodating us

We loved our stay at Pancake Lodge, beautiful views, immaculate lodge, hot tub was a very good quality one, outdoor dining area was unique and creatively made, all amenities needed and clear communication throughout. Kari also was kind enough to add a birthday banner for us before arrival and helped plan for a later check in putting on some lights warmth etc. Very thoughtful extra touches were appreciated. Would highly recommend and will return.

We had such a great Easter weekend at Cosy Cabin! There were so many lovely touches around the place, including books, toys, games, toys for the cats to play with and hidden little nooks in the garden. The kids LOVED the chickens and going to collect delicious eggs in the morning for breakfast. The garden is perfect for kids and has a little play area which kept them happy and busy. The “Easter bunny” even left out some hidden chocolate eggs for an egg hunt, which was so thoughtful ❤️ We all agreed that it was the best weekend away we’ve had so far.

10/10 - We had a wonderful stay in the countryside! The views were stunning, and the property was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—Kari (the host) truly thought of every detail. If you’re looking for peace, privacy, and a chance to recharge, this is the perfect place. We left feeling refreshed and already hope to be back soon. Highly recommended
