This is my fifth consecutive year renting this AirBnB from Eddie & Danella for my staycation. I truly believe Eddie & Danella have established the AirBnB industry 100% "gold-standard" on how an AirBnB should be run in every category. The house and pool are beautiful - with the pool being private from the neighbor's views too. Each year I've rented this AirBnB, Eddie & Danella have surprised me by adding yet more features and upgrades to the property. I've even gotten several ideas on upgrades for my own home by staying here. When renting this AirBnB, you're renting a full-featured tastefully-decorated home, not a typical AirBnB. You'll be 100% pleased renting this AirBnB.

Wonderful, by far one of the best place I have been with Airbnb and I have been in a lot of places. The house is just fantastic with all we need, beautifull decoration a lot of space, very well located, peaceful and during the night you can sleep as a baby as we don't have any noyse. It is a little bit pricey but it pays off. As a family we were talking about the criteria for 5 stars, and this place is a real 5 starts, and I believe Airbnb sjould create a special mention for houses like this one. Asher and the team was great as well. We look forward to rent the place again

I had a delightful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with calming aromatherapy and soothing sounds playing on the TV. The hosts thoughtfully provided treats on the counter, in the refrigerator, and in the cabinets, which was a lovely touch. There were a few brief community disruptions, such as a temporary electricity outage for a few hours and a water shutoff for about an hour—these were beyond the host’s control and affected the entire community. Throughout, the host maintained clear communication. Overall, it was a peaceful, cozy retreat in a charming, fully equipped home.

We had a great experience! The house was clean and comfortable and communication was great!

Couldn't have picked a better place! Was a perfect location, was super happy with everything. Very spacious, plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed. Right across the street from the best steakhouse in Dallas, Bobs! Would love to stay here again on my next visit to Dallas!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and memorable trip. The kids especially loved the pool and the fun games we played together—it brought everyone closer. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind. The hosts were kind, responsive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and we appreciated how easy everything was. Anytime we come back to Texas, we’ll definitely try to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to any family looking for a relaxing getaway!

We enjoyed our stay 5 night stay and were welcomed with flowers, wine and soap. We needed to be close to the convention center and depending on the time of day it was 9-15 minutes, which was great. The house was situated in a resort style community very serene and safe. The unit was clean and everything was available including kitchen and bathroom items. Communication with owners was quick. The units loft is a bedroom with no door if that matters to anyone. Other than that it is an awesome place to stay!

The perfect stay in Dallas! Would highly recommend for anyone travelling with a little one - the smaller bedroom accommodated our pack n play perfectly and it was so nice to have a crib mattress, high chair, and all our baby needed already in the home. We loved how walkable the neighborhood was and enjoyed the shopping and restaurants that were closeby!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

Adorable unit and possibly the best stocked Airbnb I have ever had the pleasure to stay in, with plenty of snacks, beverages, cooking supplies, etc. Just be aware that it is on a busy road. I always travel with a mini white noise machine so the road noise wasn’t a problem.

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

William's apartment was simply fantastic for our trip to Dallas. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and feels very safe. Yet, you can still get to Downtown or Deep Ellum quickly. The location is simply fantastic. The apartment's furnishings are also very imaginative and beautiful. I would like to emphasize Adam's excellent and prompt communication. Thank you very much for that. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Everything was just as advertised about this space. We brought our two pups with us and they loved it! The little private outdoor area was great and the neighborhood was very walkable and friendly for our dogs. We had a great time and all the things we needed were close by. The gym was right down the street Along with the grocery store and gas station as well. We really had a good time and Jeff was an amazing host.

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

Epic location walking distance to all kinds of food, fun and shopping. Beautiful space and would so stay there again!

Jenn is so nice and always ready to help me with anything I needed. Very dedicated host! Great location! Soon the pool area will be completely done. Nice to sit and enjoy a quiet time surrounded by tall trees and beautiful plants. Thank you for the hospitality!

The host was very helpful with out of the ordinary requests. It was exceptional.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

Dalls was very professional and organized, everything ran very smoothly for our entire week stay! We would definitely stay again and recommend for others.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was exactly as pictured and extremely well kept. Jennifer was a great host assisting us immediately with any questions we had. I would recommend this stay to anyone that is considering it!
