Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed this is the perfect spot to enjoy a taste of the Salt Spring life. Shop at a local farm stand and use the kitchen to cook up a farm to table meal. Then go for a walk to the beach to enjoy the best sunset on Salt Spring! After a quick walk home, a comfy bed awaits, or stay up and play one of many board games offered!

Ravens Ridge is an extremely unique piece of property, set in a sunny clearing within our own forest we have a quiet and relaxing environment. Surrounded by wildlife this is a peaceful haven to artists, photographers, authors. However we also have great kayaking within 5 minutes walk, quiet roads for cycling, we have our own 18 hole disc golf course, hiking trails, fishing, swimming beaches, bays for wake boarding and other watersports. Ravens Ridge and Mayne Island has something for everyone!

Swim in the river only steps away or stroll to the historic Kinsol Trestle Bridge. A short drive will take you to the wineries, golf courses, parks, whale watching tours, horse trails and much more. The cottage is centrally located to explore Shawnigan Lake, Cowichan Bay, Duncan or Victoria.

Explore the island and return to a quiet space surrounded by trees and an ocean view. Watch hummingbirds and resident fawns feed as you enjoy the 300 sf expansive deck facing the private ½ acre yard. Situated in 22 acres of untouched forest our charming cottage is just steps from a secluded sand and pebble beach with its incredible waterfront view, fabulous sunsets, trails, and active, diverse wildlife. A stunning 60-90 min ferry trip from the Mainland. No car required! Seal Beach is 3 km from the ferry. Only 1 km from restaurants, a coffee shop, bakery, and 2 great grocery stores. A happy place for children and dog friendly! A wonderful get-away any time of year!

The beach and government dock are also located right across the street. Relax as you enjoy all nature has to offer; seal, deer, eagle and raven are all common sightings here. Our cottage is within walking distance to the Driftwood Center, Cidery, Marina, and Winery!

Shawnigan Lake Private Oasis

We are a 15 minute walk from the ever-quaint Shawnigan Village, and Government Dock, where you can take in a scenic walk along our gorgeous lake. Enjoy a soak in your ultra-private, outdoor clawfoot tub/shower and take in the evening stars! Follow it up with a drink by the outdoor fire table and a Netflix marathon in the cozy living room. Be our guest and leave rejuvenated and refreshed!
