Private room, shared bath. The immaculate Interior of this classic craftsman has been lovingly restored. Bus stops are short walk. Bus is 15 mins. to Harvard Sq. Natural ponds nearby. NOTE: House Exterior is old, not yet restored. Fresh flowers, soft towels, high thread-count damask sheets. Lock on door. Simple breakfast: cereal, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, milk. Use of microwave & toaster. No oven/stove use. Note: It's 25 stairs to front door +14 stairs to 2nd fl bedrm. No Pets, No Smoking.

Filled with art and feng shui, our beautifully appointed home is tucked amidst vegetable gardens and flower patches. Outside you'll enjoy nature walks and beaches. Afterwards, you'll retire to a cozy bedroom, private bathroom, and leisure room with skylights, TV, and sofa to relax in. For breakfast you'll savor local specialty foods such as gourmet granola, artisan bread, steel-cut oats, and more. If you like basking on a deck or chilling on a porch, then this is where you'll want to call home.

Fenway Park Vintage Brownstone (4A)

This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on quiet, tree-lined Bay State road, one of the "10 Boston’s Best Secret Streets" by Travel and Leisure. It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. Guest rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor.

North Falmouth Suite 'downstairs suite'

This gueen-bed suite has a private entrance, a living room with wifi/tv, and a small, private bath, on a beautifully maintained property on 28A in N. Falmouth. Enjoy easy access to beaches & the bike path is across the street. The suite is priced based on two people, additional people - older kids, friends, are $40/night more; two twin blow-ups can be set up in living room. You must list the total amount of guests when booking. This house is not well suited to toddlers & young children.

We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Your private guest suite features one queen bedroom, full bath, living room, kitchenette, and dining area, all located on the entire third floor of our home. Once you enter through our home and close the door to the third floor, you'll be amazed at how separate you'll feel. We're situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 7-minute walk to the bus or train into Boston. Curl up with a cup of tea in the evening and enjoy a light breakfast in the morning. Perfectly situated, the Stepping Stone Inn, and its three friendly cats, offers six beautiful guest rooms, each with private bath, free wifi, free parking, tasteful decor, shredded Memory Foam pillows and Gardner mattresses, made right here in Salem. Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conservation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

Sweet stay by the ocean w breakfast (1 of 2 rooms)

SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Sorry but there is no use of kitchen for cooking and very limited fridge space.
