Welcome to The Creation Station. I am your host John. The Creation Station was built with love and care by me with my friends and family. Amenities? Update! We just installed an 8 person hot tub! Plus our pool, jacuzzi tub, projector, giant deck and a stage with sound system, drums amps and karaoke input. The most unique amenity though is The Enchanted Forest. The Old Red Barn

Renovated studio in barn built circa 1830, centrally located to all activities in the Berkshires. Bright and sunny space with views of fields and spectacular sunsets. Open upstairs loft bedroom with pine floors, catherial ceiling, exposed beams, full kitchen , bathroom and washer and dryer. The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. We invite all to enjoy our old red barn.

Netherwood - North Adams Guest House with Views

Stay at Netherwood in a classic New England carriage house converted into a guest house with modern amenities, including king beds and en suite bathrooms. Private with amazing views, yet readily accessible to local attractions. Price includes 1 king bedroom suite and exclusive use of the lounge and kitchenette. You can use 2 more suites for another $100 each per stay (for stays up to 2 weeks). Indicate the number of suites you will need (1, 2, or 3); you'll be charged for add'l suites later.

1890's Carriage House. Bright 850 sq. ft., 2nd flr. studio. Original wood flrs, 12' ceiling, skylights, modern amenities w/ rustic charm. Onsite parking. Two sleeping nooks: One QUEEN, One FULL bed & a leather couch; open floor plan. Shower, laundry, full kitchen, dining table, lounging area, Juliet balconey. Eclectic, spacious, private, quiet, all in a fantastic location. This is a large studio. Staircase to 2nd floor. No TV. Dog friendly; contact me first. Non-Smoking/vaping.

A beautiful 1840s barn loft steps away from miles of hiking trails. Fully separate and private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. Enjoy a serene, rustic cabin atmosphere with a historic brick hearth and exposed beams. Southeast facing windows overlook patio, garden and ruins. Off the beaten path but only 5 min. to Rte 2, Rte 495, and Boston commuter rail. Drive times w/o traffic: 45 min. Boston, 20 min. Lowell/ Rte 3, Burlington, Bedford, Nashua 30 min.

Farm stay in a Historic Ski Lodge turned Barn

Once a ski lodge, then a horse barn, the hayloft in this unique stone barn has been converted to a comfortable & peaceful getaway. Enjoy a tranquil farm stay on a working Lavender farm. Help feed (if you wish) the sheep and see the horses and chickens. Enjoy the serene views and take in a sunrise or sunset or the stunning evening stars and moon on the back patio, stroll around the farm and hike our 1 mile nature walk. Convenient to local skiing & golfing.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Newly renovated cozy heated Barn Cottage (not attached to house- privacy!) on Minister Pond with dock access to canoe/ new queen size bed/equipped kitchen/large deck overlooking pond/gas grill/private yard/2 minutes to ocean or bay beaches and bike trail in National Seashore/ many local attractions, and restaurants! Cozy barn apartment on the river

Private converted first floor barn apartment next to the Green River. Comfortable with unique furnishings and back door that opens to a riverfront covered patio. Sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Can accommodate 4 with the extra sleeper, tri-fold floor mattress, (Best for 1-2 smaller children). Private full bath. Great for 1-2 adults or a family with smaller children. It is on our property with a shared driveway.

The Salt Pond Cottage

This is a free-standing private cottage that sleeps 2 comfortably. A spiral staircase leads up to a sleeping loft with a NEW QUEEN size Nectar bed! There is a full futon couch on the main level. The kitchen has everything you may need. The most spectacular thing about this home is its close proximity to the National Seashore. The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!

Private Berkshire Barn Apartment

A private entrance and apartment all to yourself. You are within a 2 minute drive of downtown Sheffield or a 10-15 minute walk. Also within a short drive of superb restaurants and local ski areas, Great Barrington, Tanglewood, Jacobs Pillow, The Rockwell Museum and numerous other Berkshire attractions. Also within a short drive of Berkshire, Salisbury, Hotchkiss and Simon's Rock schools.
