Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, around the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. Pier activities include fishing, lounging, or docking your own small boat, kayaks, etc. Minutes from the beaches, board walks, fine dining, boating, and more.

This is the perfect escape for those looking for waterfront cozy chic luxury. Just steps away from a pristine oceanfront preserve and biking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and nightlife. Our recently updated stylish condo will give you an emersion of coastal beauty and an array of local attractions along with access to marsh side pool, bikes and grills. Start your day with a cup of coffee and an ocean sunrise and unwind with a glass of wine for an unmatched marsh view sunset.

Welcome to The Sun Suite! This newly renovated apartment is the perfect place to get away and visit Wilmington as well as the surrounding area. Centrally located, The Sun Suite is only minutes away from UNC-Wilmington, Downtown, & Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy a night out on the town or relaxing day at the beach and come back to a clean, cozy, and private space to unwind. The Sun Suite is located behind our primary residence so make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything!

Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Davy Jones' Loft Treehouse & Treasure Hunt

Ahoy!🏴🦜Welcome to Davy Jones' Loft! This private suite is detached on its own lot in a quiet residential neighborhood. The treehouse has a beautiful view of Hewlett's Inlet. This portion of the yard is fenced in for pets. There is a gas grill and firepit. The captain's quarters is a loft with a king bed. The berth includes a full pullout couch and twin bunk beds. Local restaurants are <1 mile away. Downtown and Wrightsville Beach are <15 min drive. Hidden treasure awaits!

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.
