Kick back and relax in our modern, stylish home. Set in a peaceful village location with stunning views of the countryside from the property. Our house is great for walkers, cyclists and for those visiting the beautiful surrounding villages and places of interest. There are also various public houses, all within walking distance or a short drive away. We are very close to Kelmarsh Hall, Brampton Valley Way, Pitsford Reservoir and the lovely town of Market Harborough. Good links to A14, M1, M6.

Fruit Barn - boutique, luxury, secure parking.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).

Our Cosy Cottage of Hearts! If you need a place to come and totally chill out then this is the place, Haselbech is a peaceful village where you can walk, cycle and explore all day long! OR snuggle up and do nothing but read a good book, cook nice food and relax. We live only 10 minutes away and will help with anything we can! Good pubs are not far away and there is so much to do in the area.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
