Come for the experience and stay for the comfort. A two-bedrooms guest house, which was recently built in the backyard of our house, is available for you to experience Sydney livings. The property is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, is 10 minutes walk to the bus and light rail, to the local groceries, takeaway foods and coffee shops. It is also a short driving distance to the Carlingford and Paramatta shopping centres. A continental breakfast is complemented to our guests for your convenience.

Convenient access to Coles, Asian Grocery, IGA and Chemists 20 mins from Accor Stadium via car 30 mins to the city via Metro. 6 mins drive to Curzon Hall.

Express bus 500X and 501's bus stop is at the door step. These buses passes through main tourist spots, such as Darling Harbour, Sydney City Townhall and Circular quay. This house is on a quiet street and close to Parramatta riverside walk track. Aldi supermarket and Ryde Aquatic Center are only mintues walk.
