Maria Laach am Jauerling: apartamentos para aluguel por temporada

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder zw. 6 - 13 Jahren) haben 2 Wochen in Wien in Reinhards Wohnung verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Es war eine unserer besten Airbnb-Erfahrungen überhaupt. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und bebildert: ordentlich, sauber und super-praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die 5 richtigen Betten. Die Unterkunft ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof erreichbar mit exzellenter U-Bahn-Anbindung. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen, die alle paar Minuten fährt. Zu Fuss übers Belvedere ist es ein toller Spaziergang. Die Fussgängerzone mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Mode, Take-away) ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und privat. In der nahen Sonnwend-Siedlung gibt es einen gigantischen Spielplatz mit viel Grün. Reinhard hat sehr viel mehr gemacht als man von einem Gastgeber erwarten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)!

ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien.dichtbij bus en tram. 2x spar supermarkt om de hoek. ook het centrum is te voet makkelijk bereikbaar, ongeveer een half uur.kortom mooi centraal.

L’appartement de Miro est totalement conforme à la description et aux photos. Miro est un hôte très accueillant, ça a été un plaisir de le rencontrer. Les +++ : * Nous n’avons jamais eu un appartement aussi propre ! * Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, épices, sucre, café, thé, cotons à démaquiller, cotons-tiges etc …). Et même des attentions ! * Cela peut paraître un détail mais n’en est pas un : les serviettes de toilettes sont de couleurs différentes, c’est tellement pratique quand on est quatre (et elles sentent très bon) ! * Le garage ! Certes j’ai connu plus facile pour garer la voiture mais avec les conseils de Miro aucun problème ! (Pour donner un ordre d’idée aux futurs voyageurs nous avons un BMW X1) * Malgré le fait que l’appartement n’est pas au centre-ville, le bus est au coin de la rue et le tramway à quelques minutes de marche. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100 % !

Tout c’est parfaitement bien déroulée. Eva et Cie a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Nous étions vraiment bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Je le recommande fortement. Nous y reviendrons c’est certain. Merci Eva.

Valbona's place was absolutely perfect. The location was right next to Naschmarkt which always had an amazing selection of food to eat on the go, or sit down for a proper meal. The place was easy to get to with clear instructions, and was so nicely laid out with the separate rooms, that it was perfect for our family (and for the parents to talk normally when the kids went to bed!). It has all the mod you could ever need, and it was always so nice to come back after a long day to a place like Valbona's. Valbona was also highly responsive, and it made for such a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Valbona's place, and would definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, in a perfect location, and ideal for families. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, sauber, gut ausgestattet und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Zudem hat man einen schönen Blick über die Dächer. Das Zentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Alle weiterliegenden Ziele sind perfekt per Straßenbahn, U-Bahn oder Bus zu erreichen, die Haltestellen liegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm, Augarten und Prater sind nicht weit und man hat die Wahl zwischen mehreren gut ausgestatteten Geschäften. Edith ist sehr freundlich und hat spontan alle unsere Fragen (leider auch mal spät am Abend, danke nochmal dafür Edith!) beantwortet. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung!

It was my 5th tome in Vienna, and Chris's plays was by far the best of all me previous stays. Maine points: 1. Great location. It is close to everything = (10 min. walt to Opera), and the same time on a very quiet street. 2. It is very spacious. Very often apartment in Europe feel a little claustrophobic,. Chris's apartment is very spacious, with a very big bathroom. It is an open concept apartment, so kitchen also feels very big. Overall I had a great time. Would book it again without a hesitation.

Very clean and cozy. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Vienna but here as it has everything nearby. Definitely worth the money.

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

Amazing place to stay! Best nights sleep ever in such a comfortable bed. Did not want to leave! Comes with everything you need, really clean and tidy. Great amenities and TV. Close to transport links

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Wohnung entspricht sehr gut der Beschreibung. Auch die Fotos vermitteln einen guten Eindruck. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Der Check-in war flexibel, eine spätere Anreise somit problemlos möglich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung sehr sauber, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Alloggio molto spazioso e completo di tutto l' occorrente per più persone.. Pulito e ordinato. Molto vicina la fermata della metro U1 che collega i principali punti della città. Parcheggiato la nostra auto sotto l' alloggio e al sicuro dentro l'abiazione del propietario. Host molto gentile che si è reso disponibile sia per accoglierci di persona, sia per salutarci di persona. Esperienza ottima, lo consiglio.

We loved staying at Christian's apartment. It is very spacious and comfortable. The local area is great - little places to eat, supermarkets and a terrific op shop. Close to public transport but also walkable to the centre of town. Thank you so much for hosting us Christian.

Wir waren zu fünft in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Den Balkon konnten wir einmal zum Frühstücken nutzen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schöne , ruhigeGegend und man gelangt schnell ins Zentrum. Bei Ankunft konnten wir unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft schon vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit abstellen . Beim Check out, konnten wir unser Gepäck auch länger in der Wohnung lassen, so konnten wir noch etwas die Stadt erkunden. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft. VG

Gute Lage und angenehme Anreise, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten von dort mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen

Umwerfendes Airbnb über den Dächern von Linz. Sauber und top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern einwandfrei. Nur zu empfehlen!

Unfassbar nette und zuverlässige Betreuung. Super Austattung und mega sauber. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde die Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen.

Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!
