We are big fans of the Island’s Casita! It was totally perfect and had features we didn’t realize. There is a room - that is accessible for their other 2(?) airbnbs - with a treadmill, washer & dryer, games, sunscreen and more. The outdoor area is great with a dining table, Adirondack chairs and the hot tub we didn’t use. It was close to the beach - and the Deerfield Aquatic center, which is important to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Delray cottage! I recently spent 5 nights at this property with my family. We were permitted early check in. Everything was spotless and looked just like the photos , if not nicer! Once we settled in we realized that there were some items included in the listing that were not provided like wine glasses and beach towels. I messaged Andy and he came early the next morning with the items I mentioned AND MORE! Everything was brand new! We joked that it was like Christmas morning. The property is super comfortable and walkable. I will definitely stay here again!

Stellar. Michelle should teach seminars on how to be the PERFECT Airbnb host! She got it right from start to finish. The cottage and yard are super comfortable. It’s sparkling clean. She thought of everything, including shampoo, lotion, laundry detergent, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, linens and blankets, plenty of towels, USB-friendly outlets, even some basic condiments. Nice outdoor furniture. The spa is crazy-huge and has powerful jets. All very much appreciated. We already booked another visit.

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

The location was a bit hard to find but once we found it the place was cozy and an amazing location. Felt right at home and loved how easy it was to book with the hosts. Great communication and time in Delray. Def will book again!

Great spot , close to what we planned to do for the 2 days we were there. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Quiet and VERY clean. My wife used the pool area and loved all the outdoor decor. There were a lot of workers around the house but they were nice and respectful. Didn’t get to meet Rick but if we ever come back to the area would book this place again !

Toni's place was exactly what my partner and I needed for our trip to Florida for a family memorial, and Toni herself was *extremely* helpful and communicative! The home itself was perfect, the amenities provided were fantastic, the walkability of the neighborhood was amazing, and the lovely outdoor area made me wish I could have orchids growing on trees in Illinois (there's also a GIANT staghorn fern ball hanging outside the back door - my jaw dropped when I saw it). Highly recommend the Riverside Market a few minutes walk from the home (make sure to try the fried chickpeas!) and the pizza spot across the street from there :)

I had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was kind, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! The location was amazing the house had all of the amenities you would possibly need for a perfect beach vacation!! Missy and Adam were very responsive and helpful! We absolutely loved it and we are going back next year!!!

Perfect. Amazing park in the neighborhood

The description of this property is spot on. It is an oasis in the middle of Delray. We felt like we were in a very private setting steps away to great restaurants and shops. Accommodations were excellent. Outdoor area was outstanding (pool, etc). Desiree is a great host - very responsive and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The Cottage is a great spot to land. It was centrally located, private, and in a quiet neighborhood. I traveled with my two doodles and they loved the fenced front yard. I do want to give the hosts a shout out- they went above and beyond to help me retrieve two packages that I had shipped to The Cottage. They were delivered early, days prior to me checking in, and my host went out of his way (twice) to retrieve my packages from their secure storage and hand them over to me. Anyway, in short, it was a great stay. Highly recommend The Cottage, and the hosting team was lovely. Thanks for a great week!

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

We had an amazing time here! We had so many activities planned, but I wish we had more time to enjoy the property. Renata is an amazing host, she is on site and makes sure you’re comfortable during your stay. The house is very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the peacocks and adored the peacock decor throughout the property. The price was very affordable for the area. Highly recommend a stay here! Thanks, Renata!

The host was great and super responsive! 2 blocks from the main Ave that has plenty to do on the weekends.

Chris é un proprietario di casa veramente attento su tutto. Casa pulitissima e con tutti i confort possibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un set di asciugamani nuovo a testa ancora con la targhetta. Disponibile quasi a tutte le ore e con risposte immediate, Chris ci ha consigliato moltissime cose sui luoghi da visitare e sui ristoranti. Bravissimo!!!!

Casa muy acogedora mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien tiene todo lo que necesitas para estar allí un buen tiempo. Si te hospedas aquí seguro no te arrepentirás, cuando regrese a Miami seguro me volvería a quedar aquí. Gracias Faith

I LOVE this home for the location to my family and the comfortability of the home itself. It's exactly my speed, my peace, my space. FULL kitchen, mini dining, mini living, FULL bathroom... literally right up my Alley when I'm traveling as a nurse. Neg-1. Not sure why, but my BF had to connect/ create the WiFi for the TV- that took a while, 2. The Bathroom toilet handle needed help, 3. Kinda a Lil TOO on the pricey side than I'd like. But the location is literally a block away from family, and the comparison of the local hotels, you can NOT beat the price. So in all, I'm VERY happy with my stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for everything Mr. Tyler.

Euri's Airbnb is impeccable. I can't say enough good things about. Euri greeted me upon arrival and she is sweet and communicative. The cottage is located towards the back of the yard and is surrounded by beautiful trees, so it's private and you feel like you're in an oasis. It's wonderful to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and to have coffee on the front terrace. The parking was easy--right outside the cottage and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location if you would like to explore Miami. I spent a lot of time going to North Beach, which is a short drive. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a ton of grocery stores nearby. The inside of the cottage was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom large and you could actually move around in it. There's great closet space and the apartment is trendy and minimalistic so you can feel very calm there. Would highly recommend.

Laura is an incredible host and the cottage was perfect! The property is just as cute as it looks in the pictures and is way more spacious than it appears! It was spotless and the details in the decor is absolutely whimsical! The backyard and bar area are the icing on the cake! Laura is a phenomenal host and was a complete god-send to us! Communication is honest and clear, she is friendly and accommodating, and she treated us like family! Most importantly to us, the property was pet friendly and our furry companions enjoyed the stay as much as we did! It is obvious that Laura pours her heart and soul into her property and being a great host!
